i went there a few years ago. called about an ombré and how much it would cost, was told $70 on the phone. i get there, she says we shouldnt do ombré, (it wouldnt work with my hair, when on the phone it would?). ends up coloring and highlighting my whole head (ruining my brand new white shirt with brown dye since she didnt close the gown all the way and just let my hair sit on my shirt while it was processing) and comes to $130. AND i didnt even get it cut. just dyed washed and i dont even think she blow dried it. apparently she was a manager. terrible TERRIBLE experience. went back a long time after and had a nice stylist but havent been back since & im always hesitant.

Called. Got a very lackadaisical response, and had to ask specifically if they took appointments. Staff person did not seem enthused about taking an appointment, and said no one was there, so I said I would be there in a few minutes for a walk in. Got there to find 3 people ahead of me and the reassurance that it "wouldnt take long." I wish I had the luxury of being this lackadaisical about time. Not coming back.

I had a great experience at Supercuts in Quakertown. I walked in, was taken to a chair right away. Had a friendly hairdresser that gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had (which really isnt saying much, but hey). It was pretty cheap, and I would definitely see myself going back there some time.

I have just gotten the worst hair cut ofy life here it looked terrible only plus is that my hair will grown back but I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone.she spent all of two min on my hair to get a quick $15 and asked me for a tip? Pfft.

The stylist acted like everything I asked her was a chore (like letting me see the back of my head after the cut was done) but I do like my cut so thats why Im giving it 3 stars.

I would rate a zero star if possible. Broke my wifes necklace, didnt care, didnt even apologize. Then forced her to tip a minimum of $3 because she used her Debit card.

There was one person cutting and 3 ppl waiting. She was fine but waiting over an hour because the location is poorly staffed is unexcusable. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
