Employees and desk were very friendly and I had an easy time getting an appointment. My stylist Bobbie did an excellent job and took her time with my cut, making sure I was happy with my look before I left. She also gave me great advice on coloring and styling products to help keep the grey natural and nearly invisible. I can honestly say that its the best and youngest Ive looked in 10 years. I will close by saying their price was also very competitive, and much lower than other area salons I called offering the same services. They also accepted my Google coupon, which took them a little time to figure out, but they did get it right. Id highly recommend this salon and plan on going back again for my next cut.

Steph rocks! She colored my hair, deep conditioned, cut a smidgen like i asked, blew it dry and styled it--I got SO many compliments, my friends raved about how great it looked. It was so glossy and healthy. I also felt so comfortable with her, really enjoyed talking with her-thats important to me at a salon. Cant wait to go back in a few weeks. Carla Hopkins

Poor customer service. I phoned today at 11:00 am for a walk-in appointment for color and cut (specifically asked if a stylist had time for this) , was given a 12:30 pm appointment, showed up and was told it couldnt be done. Next time call your new customer back vs wasting their time!
