Let me start off by saying that I work at a pizza place, so I KNOW how things like this works, and the service that I was given was completely unacceptable. I placed an order for cheese fries and a large pepperoni pizza, and they got here within 20 minutes. I even mentioned to the pizza driver that it was exceptionally fast and I was pleased. Right off the bat, I notice that theres an extra charge to my debit card that I didnt ask for, and all it says is "Custom Item". Then I get inside, Im eating my fries, and go to have a piece of pizza. ALL of the cheese and pepperoni is on one side of the pizza. I understand that this happens and was completely fine with it! I called back and was very nice, and even apologized for them for causing trouble. They said they would send a new pizza and itd be out as soon as it could. They said NOTHING else! Being that I work at a close by pizza store and I know how stuff like this goes, I give the pizza to my little brother because they were bringing a new one. The delivery driver gets to my house, hands me the new pizza and tells me that HE NEEDS THE OLD ONE. What?! So I tell him that I gave it to my little brother, but I have a picture of the pizza if he just needed proof that it was messed up. I show him the picture, he calls his boss, and he takes the new pizza back from me and leaves. Doesnt say anything else other than "I need the new pizza back". And to add insult to injury, my little brother told me that the pepperoni on the old pizza was not even kind of cooked, which is an issue weve had with CCP in the past. Not once have I ever issued a refund at the store that I work at and ask for the messed up pizza back. I have ordered from here countless times and its needless to say I wont be ordering again after this. No new pizza, no refund, nothing to account for the waste of my time and the fact that they didnt tell me beforehand that they needed the old pizza.

Keep giving them chances but I think Im done. I ordered fries and they were soggy and just did not taste very good. Today I ordered "nachos & salsa" but what I got instead of nachos were fried pita chips. Not exactly what I was in the mood for, and not something I would dip into salsa. Hummus would have been a better dip for these "nacho chips". The salsa was straight out of a Tostitos jar, when I was expecting at least something little different. I paid $4.50 for pita chips and salsa I could have bought from Giant for less than that.

Marc and his staff do a great job. Some places stay stuck in one place but here they are always trying to add more choices, more deals, creative combos, desserts, etc. They make some great wings and use top of the line cheese for their pizzas as well. They make large party sized entrees and 3 & 6 foot subs for catering as well. Besides great food they are also heavily involved with the schools and community which makes this place even better in my mind.

This place has always been a low class establishment. However, this time they lied about their prices. Charged same price with a coupon even though I told them I had an allergy to cheese (much more $ than black olives) and lied about the up charge. They made the concession three previous times. Honestly when a hopped up owner starts talking about cocaine randomly PLEASE take caution. I will never buy from this place again; my mistake.

The pizza was excellant as well as the slaad that was ordered. Prices are a bit on the expensive side but everything on the West Shore is. Would definitely order again, however. I will be thinking about that pizza for a while. Yum!

The service was quick, friendly and great. My wife and I were having a rough day. The pizza cheered us up and we will be back next time we are passing through the area. Probably the best New York style pizza I have had.

Dont waste your time! Was hung up on 2 times then put on hold for a long time. When I got there the place was nearly empty. WTF, My calzone was small and not worth the money.
