As someone who attended this daycare for many years as a kid, I can honestly say it was pretty crappy. I am almost twenty now and I still remember being embarrassed, pissed, or otherwise demeaned at Country Kids. The staff were generally mean or condescending to us and usually lacked some general child care skills like niceness. In the fifth grade I was made to pee my pants because they wouldnt take me inside to go to the bathroom. This was after forcing me to drink two large cups of water so that I didnt dehydrate. In the summer of that same year I brought my brand new DS Classic to camp where it was promptly stolen and pretty much nothing was done to get it back. Despite most of the other kids bringing their electronics to play with after lunch, no further precautions were taken to ensure this did not happen again after my incident. I had a slight skin condition in middle school that caused my arms to become a little blotchy for one day, and for some indiscernible reason the aid would therefore not allow me to put on my sweatshirt even though I was freezing with the high AC. The owner likes to create weird and arbitrary rules and plays favorites with the kids whilst simultaneously gouging the parents for money. Camp Melvin is a nice summer day camp if youre willing to fork over the cost, but incidentally that is where I had my stuff stolen. Maybe Im still butt hurt from my bad experiences there, but I say that Kid Care (where i transferred in late middle school with my younger sister) across town is a much more caring and trustworthy establishment than Country Kids any day.

My children have gone to Country Kids for 4 yrs now and have had a wonderful experience. They were totally prepared for Kindergarten and were happy everyday. I felt safe leaving them there each day. I would highly recommend it!

As a kid I went there, I enjoyed my time there, they incorporated fun, learning, sports, arts and crafts, I would most definitely take my children there.
