My oldest daugher has been at The Goddard School since she was five months old, and she is now almost four! My youngest daugher enrolled at the same age and she is now two. I dont have to send my girls to "school" but I wanted them to have experiences with other children their own age, teachers, and other parents. I did my research and CHOSE The Goddard School and I have been very happy with my decision. The facility is very clean! Everyone from the owner Stephanie to the Lead teachers to the Assistant teachers know what my girls have done during the day, and are excited to tell me about what milestone was achieved that day. The kids are very busy with art projects, learning Spanish, reading books (together or one-on-one), "center time", and playing outside! My 4 yo comes home and wants to "play school" and recreates what she does during the day, at home for us! My girls have developed close relationships with their classmates and their teachers. Before we can leave each day we have to say good-bye to everyone before exiting the building! You cant go wrong sending your kids here. They will love it and you will have peace of mind knowing that they are in excellent hands during the day!

When I began looking for infant care, I turned to a local friend for a reference. My friend suggested Goddard from several facilities in the area, and was very enthusiastic in pointing out how mush she loved the people in the baby room (6 weeks- 1 year), and has enrolled both of her children since infancy at the school. I looked at several other daycare centers in the area, and was impressed by Goddards cleanliness and friendly staff, both in the office and in the classroom. My daughter has been at Goddard for 3 months in the infant room, beginning at 13 weeks of age. My husband and I have been very pleased with the staff and program. The entire staff- teachers, assistants, as well as the office staff- are very professional and do a great job with the babies. I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter in their care, which I know no parent takes lightly. I would recommend the school to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and highly capable staff that places children and their families first. From day one, Ive known that my baby is in good hands, and will be for years to come. I couldnt ask for more!

As first time parents, we toured seven (yes seven) different daycares ultimately landed on Goddard - Chadds Ford. It was not the closest, but was (by far) the safest and cleanest school with the most experienced staff. The administrative staff is fantastic...they are well organized and provide outstanding structure to ensure the safety of the children and cleanliness of the school. They attract and retain top talent which is evident by the years of experience you see across the teaching staff. As for the Infant Care team...they are literally UNBELIEVABLE! Without a doubt, handing your first child over to a non-family member for care can be an emotional and stressful experience. We could not have hand-picked a better group to care for our little man. He validated that with a HUGE smile on Day 1...leaving mom a little more at ease with the first drop-off. Like us, you will probably tour several different daycares to find the right one...but like us, I am confident that you will find Goddard - Chadds Ford to be at the top of your list.

My daughter has been in the infant room since 4 months old. The infant room is AMAZING! The room is always clean and well put together. The teachers are so loving and caring, and treat our daughter as if she were their own. I love that the teachers are willing to help her get on a schedule with naps and feedings. I cannot say enough about this baby room. I know the she is getting the best care when I drop her off every morning until we pick her up. You can tell everyone at Goddard School has a true passion working with children. I would highly recommend this location to any future parents considering Goddard School Chadds Ford!

My daughter has been going to the Goddard School since she was 3 months old.We interviewed several daycare/schools prior to making a decision. We found the owner Stephanie to be warm and caring. She loves children and it shows. My daughter is nearly 3 years old now and our experience continues to be exceptional. She is learning so much its amazing. We know that she is safe and well cared for when we leave her there. Everyone there is great from the administrative staff to the teachers to the teachers aides. We couldnt be happier. We plan for her to be there through Kindergarten.

We looked at several daycare centers in the area, and in the city of Philadelphia - nothing compared. We feel so comfortable leaving our baby (infant) at the school - with truly caring and loving professionals. They not only care for her - but really teach her new things, supporting her in all aspects of development. The classroom is clean and well organized, and they adhere to all regulations ensuring our babys safety and security. I would recommend the Goddard School in Chadds Ford to anyone - the professional in the infant room are particularly wonderful!

My children have been in three different Goddards because of moving/jobs. This one was one of the best if not the best. The staff was stable, caring, and enjoyed teaching my children new knowledge. They also offered family gatherings which provided you the opportunity to know them better. Their openness and caring was refreshing and heartwarming as you knew your children were in good hands. Unfortunately you will not find this in all day care settings.

Our son has been at Goddard since he was 3 months old. He is only 9 months now and already he is starting to stand and walk! It seems like he learns something new every day there! The staff is caring and he always gets a big smile on his face when he sees his teachers. My husband and I are very happy and impressed with his care and all he is learning - we are expecting another little one in the fall and she will be going to Goddard too.
