We sought out Cross & Crown for their reputation of creating quality websites, in our case, for non-profits. They came with experience and knowledge that was essential for us to build and grow our non-profit. We went through a “rebranding” process which included a complete website overhaul. The staff was very professional during in-person meetings providing helpful insights and ideas as well as clearly explaining their reasons for choices and suggestions. What stood out to us is their thoughtfulness in truly understanding the sensitive and personal nature of our mission and applying that to a world-wide-web vision. I heard of Cross & Crown a few years back but I already had a website that I won when I first opened back in 2010...I always had problems with them but for a first time business owner free is good. A year ago I found several inquiries in the backoffice of my website that I never received becase they never took me as a serious client. I potentially lost $30,000.00 worth of work. Few months ago my website company sent me an email stating there suspending my website of non payment of an update I paid them to do after I tried a few times to call to make payment... I finally called Cross & Crown and they met me within days, sat down with me and we got to work. Explained to them into detail what I needed & were finishing up the final touches now. Theyre doing videos of all my events, SEO marketing for a year AND rebranding us. Great customer care, they actually care about there clients. Very creative and all with a great price... I had the idea to create an app that would provide information to people with Food Allergies. I met with Trevor and shared the idea and he walked me through a comprehensive check to see if the idea was good and would be received well in the marketplace. After doing market research, we found the app was filling an important void and should be brought to market. After sharing the idea, they worked to create a design, development and marketing plan and executed it very well. The app hit the app store in December and we keep getting feedback on how well it was done. Cross & Crown was also able to get alot of media coverage all over the US which in conjunction with multi-channel digital marketing campaign brought in a substantial amount of sales in just the first few weeks. I am excited to continue and grow the project with Cross & Crown as my guide.

I dont leave reviews unless I feel the need to let others know to be cautious. Quite a while ago, a group I represent put a design and merchandise order with C&C after seeing their great website. Trevor is who we dealt with. Long story short, we were not satisfied with the outcome because the materials did not match the digital proofs we approved. We let them know our concern and their response was they had no fault and said arrogant statements along the lines of "weve been doing this a long time and know whats best"...... Just make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and move cautiously if you do. We wont be doing any more business with them. With competition the way it is, its best to find a CLIENT service attitude.
