Worst company I have ever been employed by. I witnessed discriminatory acts against potential applicants almost daily, and the management was horrible. So horrible that I didnt even know the rude jerk was my boss. Dont work for them ever. I could write a book on everything that is wrong within that alleged business. AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING SO NOW. Forget getting hiired if you are over a certain age. They discriminate against that too. Applicants are not people to them. An applicant is considered an "order" that needs filled. How ignorant is that? Employee attendance incentive contests were rigged by Cleary because he didnt like most of the people he hired; the names employees were called was horrible. But thats not discrimination according to the owners. Stay away.

Jus reloacated here first staffing agency i tried and not happy. First they call she says i got a pisition for you. I go in wacth a safety video then meet with her she goes we need your resume and tax forms filled out. I told her i already did tax forms you guys sent them by email. She insist they didnt get them so i go home do what she told me emailed my resume and tried to do the tax forms but it wouldnt let me bc i already did them like i told her. So yea basically she never called me back and i went axiom and they were great

First, per previous bad reviews, McCleary is no longer here! Its run by Sharon and she is an excellent, polite, and caring person! They will fit you to the best position for your experience and what you want. They are a small office so give them time and they will do you a solid! Great communication! Great pay compared to what other staffing agencies pay in the area for the same position! Only place that can actually get you an office/adminstrative job that Ive found in the area.

After reading reviews today I am not sure if I want to work for Spherion. I only seen one good review. I will probably wont go. I know Anthony Cleary. He know longer works for Spherion but, he is a helpful guy. I have worked for Aerotek in the past and they werent much help either. I was told I would be hired on by the company after a year well, that didnt happen. The pay rate sucks. That was 14 years ago too.

The guy i talked to named Ryan in there tarnished me i tried to show up on a job and new i was going to be late alot of jobs dont do. Late they dont deserve one star or two cents i am now banished from all Spherion through out the whole united states. I even called and told them i was going to be late so didnt go.

Anthony cleary was very helpful and was able to give me full details about the job I was taking and I got a full time employment at the company with fair wages I would recommended this agency to anyone who wants to work thanks for all you done
