I see a lot of possibly negative reviews about this company........THAT IS NOT THE CASE WITH ME!!! I filled out an application and was offered an opportunity by Brittany Hart but I did not show up. A month later I was called by Jessie Flatt, my current recruiter. She started the process to get me a position with a very well established company but I didnt meet the immediate qualifications.. Jesse Flatt and Amanda White sat with me to FURTHER discover any "hidden talents" I may have possessed. Amanda said, "were gonna find something for you." SIX HOURS after my UNEXPECTED POP-UP WALK-IN Jesse Flatt called me and said "(such-and-such) company has offered you an opportunity for employment, I just need to know if you except. I ACCEPTED!!!!!! She called me less than an hour later to confirm a start date and pay rate. If you REALLY want a job they will find you something. All of the positions I could have potentially taken were temp-to-permanent. I AM NOW DULY EMPLOYED! Go for it, they WILL help, only if you want it.

Very unprofessional. I cant speak for the whole office but my encounter with Shaday Barksdale was not a good one. She rushed through the process which was fine and after the interview was told they wanted to hire me and waiting for the VP to approve. Then weeks went by without a response to emails. Finally I called and was told Shaday was out doing corporate training and that her manger would call me. I received a phone call from her manager Ryan who said the company only had the budget to hire 2 people ( I was the 3rd to be interviewed) and that he thought Shaday had told me. Shaday didnt even have the decency to call or follow up very unprofessional. I know she is new to the role but courtesy is courtesy regardless of the job.

I went to Aerotek in Richmond, VA after being out of work for 9 months. When I say they are the best, thats an understatement. Anna Fetter is most definitely the absolute BEST recruiter. She made me feel like she was going through my hardships that came along with being out of work for so long with me. Aerotek is definitely the place to go when you cant find work on your own. I love Aerotek and I will continue to give them rave reviews. Most importantly, I will tell anyone looking for a job, CALL ANNA FETTER AT AEROTEK!!!!

I truly recommend Jennifer Garcia for the position of management.She is a hard worker who spunk and determination wont allow her to rest until all task are completed to the best of her ability. She take initiative and show great interest in every challenge put before her.Her strength and dont give up attitude is wat makes her true asset to any team.

Working with Aerotek is like working with a second family. I have been with them on and off since I graduated college in 2010 and they have always made sure to find me positions that not only paid great but were stable and lengthy! For those writing negative reviews, you have to understand that at the end of the day this is a staffing agency and although they do the best they can to find you positions, your skills set and attitude is what makes it easier!

Very unprofessional staff at the front desk. It took me a long time to get there, I was hoping theyd help me with my job search. They did not even want to hear what I have to say, they just handed my an application to fill out. They promised that they would contact me if they have any opening that match my profile. A year has passed and not a single phone call was received from them.

This place doesnt know how to answer the phone. Ive called numerous amount of times on different days and the operator says she is going to transfer me to a recruiter, however no matter what department I get directed to no one seems to answer the phone or return any of my voicemails. What kind of half-a$$ed staffing agency is this??

I got a call from them, then I called back and talked to a young lady not going to say here name but she NEVER calls back they would say oh yes she is here I always get her vmail...Im still going to keep calling or I might just show up there one day...

Katie Stone set up an interview with me. She had never met me. I got there on time and watched as she went to lunch with a gentleman. An associate of hers interviewed me and kindly made up an excuse for Katies absence

They accept walk-ins between 1-2pm. Walked in Friday and got a job the following Wednesday. They dont mess around!
