Best agency ever. I was looking for work for over 2 months with no sucess, until I found Larkin Agency. I went for an interview and immediately I knew I was in the right place, they are such a great team; all very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I told them what I was looking for and immediately they started working with me. They reviewed my resume and adviced me to change the format in a way that would attract the attention of the employers I was looking for. They gave me some techniques and samples to improve it and told me to email them the new resume when I had it ready. Two days later I emailed it to them and two days after that I started receiving emails from jobs they had referred me to and after multiple interviews I chose the must suitable for me and I am very happily employed thanks to Larkin. They always follow up to see how I am liking my new job and if I need any help or have any questions. They are so great I feel like more than an agency helping me, they are like a family always making sure that I am okay. I referred a friend that was in need of a job and in one week she was already employeed. I Highly recommend Larkin Agency.

I highly recommend Larkin agency to anyone who has an immediate need for a health care position. When I moved to NYC from Miami, I called around to several agencies. I even emailed my resume to those agencies as requested. Keep in mind, I have a stellar resume and job history. Only Larkin agency actually called me (the very next day) to set up an interview. I went a day later for my interview with Nancy (who really knows her stuff), and only one day after that is when I was called for an interview for a permanent, well-paying position. It took less than a week to get a job with the help of Nancy. I am tremendously pleased with Larkin agency and have already recommended friends to them. I am still with the company that Nancy helped me obtain, and I am also still in contact with Nancy. She and her staff are a pleasure. Im forever grateful to them.

I had been on the hunt for the right job for a while before I was introduced to Larking Agency. I came in and interviewed with Mina and owner Ami who were very attentive to my needs/requirements for my new prospective job. After a month of working with Larking Agency they were able to find me a job that doesnt come around very often I might add. What I enjoyed most with working with them is they did not push me to interview for anything I did not believe was right for me. They were so helpful every step of the way, great with follow-up to both employers and myself after interviews during the interview process. I felt like they worked every day to help me get my job with a smile on their face. They were able to negotiate my salary more than I had anticipated and were such a pleasure to work with. I cant say enough about these ladies!

Larkin is the best and the most professional temping agency in NYC. I am a CDA who is now a fulltime student and when I have availability I call Larkin. My schedule can be tricky so I will send a calendar for a few months at a time showing my availability and Larkin uses it and is on top of everything. Ive done the same thing with other agencies and the other agencies arent as organized and end up asking me to work each day that the calendar says Im unavailable. Larkin also communicates accurately and does not hide information from you or send you in a office blind. I am very happy and proud to work hand and hand with them and make sure that I reflect that. When I go on assignment I am not only representing myself, I am representing Larkin and its an honor. FYI Mina and Amy are AWESOME!!!!!

They got me my new job! So I had been dealing with a lot of hiring agency (since I needed all the help I could get), and this is one of the few who truly, truly acted like they cared. While I sat there, phone calls were made on my behalf, so future interviews could be set up. I could see them doing things for me, right in front of me. They really cared to find something that you were honestly interested in, and to find somewhere where you would fit in. All of the positive reviews pretty much sum up anything else I would have to say. Definitely some place to check out! Its worth the time, and it might even help you find what youre looking for. I would recommend to anyone just starting out their job search, and is interested in medical or dental placement.

Im originally from Oklahoma and always wanted to move to New York but was hesitant to do so without having some kind of work before leaving. I contacted Amy and told her my situation and she and Mina were very helpful! I decided to come out and meet with them hoping to at the very least be able to obtain some temp work while looking for a permanent position. My visit turned into me going to multiple interviews and being offered enough days for me to be comfortable following my dreams of living in NYC! The staff at Larkin is the definition of professional - they know their clients and in which offices they would be a good fit. I was placed at two great offices and am loving living here! I would highly recommend Larkin to anyone

I woould never recommend them to anybody!!! There are a lot of other very good and helpful agencies! The place itself seemed far from pleasant and the interview was with Amy. Very nasty. She seemed like she wasnt interested at all. First thing she said, that she is the owner (her family) and tried to make it very clear how important she is. This was not about her! Cut the interview short, said if there are any questions, I should call and that she needs to go to lunch! I never heard from them, which didnt even surprise me. But when I called once just to remind her about myself, she wouldnt even speak to me, told me to leave my name and number with the receptionist. Do not use them. There are others!

Larkin is by far the most fantastic employment agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Prior to working with Larkin, I was a Dental Assistant for several years. After I finished school and planned on switching careers, I decided it would be a good idea to pick up some extra work as a Temp Dental Assistant. Amy and Kate are amazing! Extremely friendly, meticulous, and consistent with listings. They have sent me to so many lovely offices, with a great experience every time! The sheer amount of work offers they have provided me is unbelievable. In my opinion, I would consider them the most networked employment agency in NYC.

From beginning to end, Larkin was very accommodating and helpful. Especially since I was moving across the country from Los Angeles, I couldnt have asked for a better agency to help me. Amy, specifically, was so great. She gave me tips on how to make my resume stand out and had me go to at least 3 places for me to interview on the first day I arrived in NYC. She then followed up with me after all my interviews to see how I felt about it. 6 months later Im at a dental office that I absolutely love and I couldnt have done it without Amy and Larkin. I would recommend them to anyone in the medical/dental field. Im very happy :)
