Overall experience was pretty awful. Recruiter found my resume and called me, scheduled an interview and then I had an interview with the company a few days later. Aerotek representative called incessantly prior to the interview, and then stopped after. Called them back and they promised theyd be in touch either way (if I got the job or not) ; havent heard from him since. I dont care if I didnt get the position, but have the integrity to follow-up with clients. Its never alright nor is it professional at all to leave someone in the dark. I called back a final time and found out the original recruiter who contacted me was no longer with the company. Aerotek never contacted me (and I doubt they contacted their other clients) to let them know. Found a legitimate job on my own accord. Overall absolute waste of time & highly unprofessional. Would never recommend this joke of a company to any one.

They are always young but honest. They mostly are looking to fill warehouse positions and positions that you have to have a lot experience in the field for them to suggest you to a client. Not impressed. Spherion was better at getting me a postion, plus they found something that matched both me and their client. Aerotek just told me that they couldnt suggest me to their client and that was the end of that! No communication since.

The secretary was rude....They are so lazy that they dont even do your health insurance....They only care about pleasing the companies than their employees....There point system is a joke and illegal.....I know jobs are hard to come by...AEROTEK IS MODERN DAY SLAVERY....DO NOT RECOMMEND....
