Called this shop to request towing service today, a young guy promised to be out shortly. They left me at Davisville Rd and Byberry Road for over 5 hours. Each time I called back- a much older lady would then answer the phone and she kept stating that they were a little backed up. After several hours she finally admitted they didnt even have any tow trucks in the area. No reputable business leaves a potential customer stranded for 5 hours in 30 degree weather, or plays these kind of games.Disgraceful.

The owner Phil is knowledgable and reasonably priced. He really knows what hes doing, and does what he says hes going to do. Also he does his very best to stick to all estimates and will let you know if something unexpected shows up.
