So after visiting several dealerships over a 4 week period looking for a Nissan Altima in my price range, I stumble upon Team Nissan in Vineland. I found a car in my price range and I decided to take the 45 min drive from Philadelphia to Vineland to see if what I was seeing was foreal. When I pulled up on the lot I walked over to the car I was interested in, I was approached by Danny, one of the sale consultants. He introduced himself to me and told me they were closed but he asked how he could help. I explained to him that my car had died about 4 weeks ago and I was looking to buy a car within the next few days. He invited in me in and asked me to fill out and applications so that we could run the numbers to see if the car would fit my budget, which was fine with me because I cared about was getting a car to fit my budget. When they ran the numbers we were about $20 a month over budget and so after spending 45 mins with Danny and the finance manager I decided that I need a weekend to think about it and that I would get back to them on Monday. This was the first dealership I had been to in 4 weeks that did try to pressure or insult me (see Cherry Hill Nissan review) when I told them I need a few days to mull it over before making a decision. After mulling it over and doing some research over the weekend and counteroffer the number I was given over the weekend and we were able to come to an agreement. Throughout the entire process I treated with respect by Danny and his managers. They answered all my questions and never once made me feel like my questions were dumb. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn’t get a full tank of gas and I wanted them to throw in the touch pen for to 2 scratches I found on the car and they wouldn’t. I should preface that I got a really, really good deal on the car, so I can kind of understand not wanting to give me anything else. If you are a female in the Philly/South Jersey area and you are looking to buy a car go to Team Nissan, they will treat you with respect.

Hi! After reading the reviews and found some deals on their online page, me and my wife decided to drive there. ( it was a rainy day) Once we got there nobody really came outside, they were watching us from the window, we took a walk and looked around a little than went inside. We were literally standing there for 12-15 minutes and waiting, nobody greeted us or wanted to help. Finally one of the managers stopped.( he was the only helpful person there) We took two cars for a test drive, they were beaten up, but never mind. ( in the dealership prices are ridiculous, it was 4000$ between the online price and on the sticker there) Finally we couldnt get the deal done , we made a solid offer with asking for 10% discount, (for a car which was sitting there for a year) basically what happened was, they didnt even take it serious and started the walk around. At this point one guy from the other table came and jump into our conversation, who was silent the whole time, listening , not offering any help before , just like that ......so 3 of them were standing there explaining why they cant even negotiate the advertised price. Not a good experience, not a helpful team, except the manager.

Ok, Im not sure where to start! I brought a car for my son to go to college about 3 weeks ago. Expected something would need to be serviced, but not expecting to see engine light come on 10 miles from my house. Nonetheless got car inspected with my mechanic next day, come to find out it needed a catalytic converter, new strut, and rack & pinion, & air compressor so I took care of what was needed to pass inspection costing and extra $2156. Now I cant get tags because of some issue with the VIN # no fault of mine. I have been calling for over a week and waiting on tags that I paid them to take care of through MVA which expired 2 days ago. Each time I called, if and when I could get in touch with my sales person Caesar he pushed off on someone else. I got the run around. Spoke to 2 managers, Both super nice on the phone, but no resolve to my issue, Point is, nobody calls back to give an update when they say and now my son is in Boston with a car just purchase and he cant drive. I am so disappointed. He has missed classes yesterday and today because of expired tags. Still no word on the issue or even an offer to send me another temp tag until they fix it. SMH

Over the last few years - Ive been to Team Nissan in Vineland for my car buying needs and I have to say that both times I left with a high level of satisfaction. Scott, Cesar, Don and his son Mike were extremely helpful throughout the process of first buying an Altima and later trading in that vehicle for a Nissan Titan. Ive bought and driven 6 cars in my life and have shopped around the area for a good dealer that is both fair and service oriented. I found both with Scott and his team. They helped me get into both cars - hassle free, helped me repair my vehicle after an unfortunate accident and when my needs changed and it was time for a new car - Scott picked out the PERFECT truck for me and my son. We literally didnt look at a second option. He pulled it out front. I took one look and instantly knew that the Titan Scott picked out was a perfect fit. Thank you to the entire Team Nissan group for their service, professionalism, family oriented sales team and for getting me into the right vehicle for me and my son.

Service Department is a joke. First time there I had to take my truck back to them 5 times just for them to correct a simple check engine light. Each time after driving away from their facility, within a few hours the check engine light was on. Each diagnostic they claimed it was something else. Charging me an arm and a leg each time. Took the truck to a local mechanic and it was a simple $20 sensor the needed to be replaced. Then a few months later I needed a new exhaust. Took it in, they called me claiming there were numerous other problems that needed to be addressed. I waited 6 WEEKS for them to install a new set of brake calipers and another sensor... Really, it took them that long to do that. Then I drove home only to find that they didnt even touch my broken exhaust. Waste of time. Waste of money. Dont bother with their poorly skill mechanics. Better off driving to the Nissan dealership in Turnersville.

I really wanted to buy a car from here. I even spoke with someone through email about a few cars I was interested in looking at. She was so polite and helpful!! I wish my in person experience was as nice. I told the salesman how much I wanted to spend and what mileage I was looking for. He told me that just wasnt possible and continued to walk me around the lot and show me cars with 200k plus miles. He actually seemed pretty intoxicated. Sipping pretty hard on his drink, slurring his words and trying to sell me all the cars that looked like they hadnt been selling for awhile. I left and bought a car elsewhere and the car is awful, damn u Nissan !! Lol get better salesmen please!! On my way back to my car I actually seen the SUV I had talked to the woman in email I told him thats the vehicle I was most interested in and he quickly said "not for sale" come to find out it was still for sale. Was real dissappinted
