This place was the worst experience I ever had. Every time I called for the status of my car no one could give me a correct answer or date for anything. Took them over a week just to give me an estimate for the damages on my vehicle. Every time I called to find out when my vehicle was going to be done no one could give me an exact date, was given 4 different dates for when the car would be done and all were wrong. This place had my car for almost a month before being finished. Finally when I go to pick my car up everything that was in my trunk was thrown in the back seat and floor and never put back so when I looked only the 2 front seats were detailed and the rest of the inside of car was dirty. I left them my car with a center council full of change and I was giving the car back with about 10 cents left in pennies, I guess 5,300 in repairs wasnt enough. I spoke with the manager and told him my complaint and he simply just laughed and didnt say anything about it. Then I asked the same manager for their corporate office number and he said they didnt have a corporate office. This place is the worst experience I have ever had with any company and I will never take my car back to them and I will never recommend anyone taking their vehicles to them.

I have been more than pleased with the pleasant professional way that Collision Max took care of my car after I was in an accident. I made 1 call to Geico insurance. and between Geico & CollisionMax in Pennsauken, everything was taken care of. I was able to drive my car to Collision Max where they had a rental car waiting for me. My car was repaired and looked like new, including new parts under the hood that had been damaged. I simply drove the rental car back to Collision Max when my car was done. They kept in touch with me & I could follow up online. Also, several months later, I just dropped in to ask them about something else regarding my car and they took care of me right away. (I expected to make an appointment, but they were able to take care of it quickly and were, again, very friendly! ) They really make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend CollisionMax. You dont need to have had an accident to have your car worked on. :)

My car has been at this location for a week and I still do not have an estimate. They have very poor customer service. No one has even bothered to return my calls. The new owners are nothing like the previous owners who were very professional and courteous. I took my car there because of the professionalism and great work the previous owners did on another car of mine. Thinking about moving my car to another place. I am concerned now about the work maybe as unprofessional as the new owners.

3 weeks to complete and job that I was told will take 1 week. If you insurance is paying go to your dealer instead. They broke parts in the car, and said it was not their fault. They said the 2 parts broke because my car is old. They also use parts that were no oem and did not fit properly. They had to realign my bumper becuase the put it on wrong.

My service provider was Sean and he was beyond excellent. He even saved me some money by doing his magic. I appreciate everything Sean and the company did. Also, they appreciate the Military and they are outstanding
