This is the email I just sent them... Should sum it up nicely: I have been a client of Fox Ridge Dental for years now and I must say that I now must move on. Your level of customer service has dropped to well below acceptable levels. I tried to use your online service, which was supposed to be an added convenience, only to be ignored twice. I then proceeded to call to try to make an appointment and was put on hold for 10 minutes and had to hang up because my break at work was over. I then tried the online appointment service for a third and fourth time only to be messaged back saying that I needed to contact your staff on the phone to try to schedule another time that would work. There is a level of professionalism and customer service that earns you customers for life and there is another level that gets you bad word of mouth and disgruntled customers. I am emailing to inform you that you are in the latter and will not be receiving anything but a request for my dental records when I find a good dentist. I sent out a check for the $44 that you guys found the time to request even when you didnt have the time to call me to help me with rescheduling an appointment. I hope that you guys someday return to previous levels of courtesy.

So I went to Fox Ridge Dental on 9/23/08 and paid at time of service like their policy states. I get a call 2 wks later saying I did not pay. I said I did, called credit card company to verify and called them back. They said they have to "research" to see if they can find my payment and if there are any problems they would call me back. I did not hear from them unit 2/2/10!!! and it was a debt collecion company that called me. So now I had to call credit card company, pay a fee for research and then I called them back telling them I am going to personally deliver the statement and the debt collection will be called and name cleared. My credit score is over 760 and I am buying a house soon........Fox Ridge Dental screwed that up big time!!!!! Plus..am I the only one who has had a hard time getting the billing dept on the phone or to call back????

I have been going to Fox Ridge Dental for a couple of years. Whether it has been for a routine cleaning, an emergency broken tooth, or to have four front veneers put in, it has always been a good experience. They do good work and I have no problem getting an answer on the telephone. They do have some turnover in staff, but they are always professional and do great work. I also never have a problem getting an appointment within a reasonable amount of time.

This is the second time Ive taken an item to Fox Ridge Cleaners for alterations. This time was my daughters prom dress. She picked a floor-length gown, which is not her normal style. So I took it here, hoping they could have it done for me to pick up in 2 days. They did, even though it had two layers to hem. Were extremely pleasant. And when I picked it up, she even fixed an issue with the top of the dress and hand stitched it right there.

The four other reviews on this page are not for Fox Ridge Cleaners but for a dental office. I wanted to write a review to offset the mistake. Fox Ridge Cleaners is very reasonable and has always been prompt, accurate and of good quality when it comes to the dry cleaneing they have done for me. The owners and staff are friendly and courteous. I would not take my dry cleaning anywhere else.

Took my hooded sweatshirt there for a zipper either trash it or see if they could do the zipper.AWESOME they fixed it i have no fear in the cold now Excellent job!
