Im soryy for all the bad experience you experience on pottstown laundromat. I just want to share that, some of the machines are really old machines malfunctions cant be avoided. And its unattended laundromat. We hear all your complain and we understand that. Thats why. For the last 3 months , the old pottstown laundromat was under Comstuction and under new ownership. We want to provide better washing experience for everyone. We added 55 new machines. We have 1 laundromat attendant on each shift to accomodate all of you. Please visit the new pottstown laundromat to see the difference. Thank you

Please stay far away from this laundromat. Over priced laundromat stay far away. Spent $15 for 4 loads. The washer machines are very small and doesnt wash your clothes very good There isnt any more half price Tuesdays. All of The dryers sucks except the two big old ones. 0.25 for 4 mins on the dryers that doesnt even dry your clothes!

What an absolute rip off this place is! I just spent $4.75 for a washer. I closed the door and started the cycle. Oh no! I forgot to add an item to the wash. Thirty seconds after starting the cycle I stopped the machine. I added the item and tried to restart. No dice. I had to pay another $4.75! Guess where I wont be coming back to?

They advertise a half price Tuesday, that is just not true. The machines dont reflect that. Left a message, no answer no refund. Stay away from this place. I expected more from a place with a cross displayed and Christian tracks for reading. This is no way represents the God i know.

The place was clean. There were 2 jumbo washers ($5.25 - $5.50/load) that were able to fit my king size cotton/poly something or other fill blanket. Change machine avail. Detergent & Fab softener avail. I dont know about the dryers - I let my comforter air dry.

Over priced for very small washing machines. Ridiculously over priced dryers. Costs over $6.00 for 50 min of dry time, where anywhere else only costs $1.75 - $2.00 for 50 min. Ridiculous!
