A testimonial to Snyder Funeral Home. Mr. Snyder, Chad, and the entire staff did a phenomenal job when my Mother-in-Law, Trinh Tran, passed a few years ago. A dear friend phoned me on 4/2/2016 and needed help to make Funeral arrangements. When I phoned Snyder Funeral Home. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I helped my friend during the service held at Charles Snyder Funeral Home on 4/7/2016 and 4/8/2016 for the Mr. Hai Le family. Snyders was very accommodating to our religious beliefs (chanting). And one more testimonial. Mr. Huynh passed away on 1/23/2016 at Hospice of Lancaster in Mt Joy. Yes, the winter storm of 2016 was happening. Charles Snyder Funeral Home was able to provide service as bad as the outdoor conditions were. All consultations, conversations, and actions, from beginning to completion, were conducted with compassion, caring, and professional acumen. In the ensuing weeks, I was assisted greatly by their Navigator booklet which lucidly explains what "happens next" and how to "navigate" the maze of settling an estate. Any related needs have been met with the same efficiency and caring, even weeks after the funeral. I cannot adequately thank Chip, Doreen, Chad, and their very kind and professional staff for giving Mom the dignified "send off" she deserved.
