WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED. THE GUY WHO CUT MY HAIR (CHUCK) NOT PERSONABLE, WHILE HE WAS CUTTING MY HAIR HE WAS COMPLAINING SAYING HES TIRED OF CUTTING HAIR, HE CANT CUT EVERYONES HAIR. ALL WHILE YANKING AND PRESSING DOWN ON MY HEAD I HAVE WORKED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR OVER 17 YEARS AND KNOW IF YOU WANT TO GROW/KEEP BUSINESS YOU HAVE TO BE A PEOPLE PERSON, ALSO BE NICE AND POLITE EVEN YOU DONT WANT TO BE. I JUST MOVED TO PITTSBURGH A MONTH AGO AND WAS TRYING TO FIND A REGULAR BARBER. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL BE FOR SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!! I usually dont do reviews but people really need to hear about this company. Customer service is absolutely terrible, they close when they want not what the closing time says and if their buddy comes in hes going in front of you. I had my kids and I wanted their for an hour I got there at 6:00 wanted til 7:00 just for them to tell me hes done and it was only 2 people left plus they werent pose to close until 8. Please Guys dont go there.

My biggest issue with this place is that they do not open at the time they say their open. This is the 2nd time I came there and its closed. Im about done coming to this barbershop. Its bad enough they you charge $25 then your not open at the time your suppose to be open. Not the mention this is the closest barber shop. Now I have to go all the way to the Wilkinsburg and they only charge $15 and they are open when their suppose to be. Get it together guys.

Bad customer service I went to get my sons hair cut . Everyone just stared at me when I walked in . When I asked the receptionist who can cut his hair he pointed to the first barber. The first barber all of a sudden was leaving and said the second barber would do my sons hair . The second barber immediately said no . "I dont do kids, come back tomorrow. " 10min later I walked past the barber shop and the first barber did not leave yet.

The comments are accurate, I went to this barbershop for years but after Pete left there business has gone down hill, only a couple decent papers anyways an you will have to wait for them for hours cause there the only ones with clients but customer service is bad. I suggest if your around the area go to Mr.Petes barbershop every barber is good an cuts your hair to good quality. + they only charge 15.

You can not believe the comments below, been going to this shop for going on 3 years now! A great group of guys hands down! I went to all the shops in the area and this shop is the only one that can cut hair the rest maybe open when they say but they will push your fade way back !! very people friendly and all the barbers are down to earth !!

1st time I went waited for almost hr to open pass the official time in cards, 2nd time haircut was rushed and barber didnt want to do what i wanted, 3rd and final time same thing.. customer service is trash. Im all about supporting black business but this place is just unbearable.. #hardworkdedication
