Well, lets just start with the lack of customer service. What barbershop charges $30 for a haircut and offers NO customer service. Ernie is supposed to be the best barber in town which is NOT true at all. Thats simply a rumor started by his customers who have never had any other haircuts outside of the mall salons. He does not have the patience or care to provide the cut you want. He will nod his head and agree with you but your haircut will come out different. Ernie is not consistent nor does he show any care to the client. You will be charged $30 for 1 hour and will be rushed out in 30 mins with a 6 out of a 10 haircut at best. The only concern is getting the next person in the chair. No attention to detail. No desire to satisfy the customer. If I didnt have so many bad / haircuts / experiences I would of went back because I noticed the lady who sits 2 chairs away from Ernie cuts very nice and I always notice her asking her clients and taking her time without rushing or keep telling her clients how busy she is today and how many people she has to cut. As if me and my $30 is a burden or a waste to Ernie and his establishment.
