I usually frequent this location. Its very convenient for me. Since the card machines have been changed refunds are given to those who have money on the old cards. Twice Ive run into the same issue with the same UNPROFESSIONAL worker here. She will not give her name and DOES NOT wear a name tag. She has blonde hair and freckles. The first time I came in she told me the machine wasnt working AFTER I had checked my balance. My refund was $4.15. Since the machine wasnt "working" she would not assist me with loading a new card. So needless to say I could not get my laundry done on this day. I went back a few days later and a different woman and a gentleman helped me and even showed me how to load my card. Excellent customer service from these two employees. Well here I am again with my spare card to get my refund and reload my new card and the same blonde hair lady does it again. I already checked my balance and told her my refund should be $9.40. First and foremost she DID NOT greet me. Second her and a coworker were eating on the counter and not only that there were clothes on the counter as well. Their food smelled HORRIFIC. Onions and hoagie to be exact. She took my card checked my balance and loaded it on a new card and gave me $.40 and she still hadnt spoken a single word to me. When I let her know that I already have a card she simply said "Just use it until the balance is gone and turn it in." WHY????? An older lady came in behind me and of course now magically the machine to tell you the amount on the card has now mysteriously gone out of order. I felt so bad for the woman because I had experienced the same thing from the same woman. After the attendant wouldnt assist the elder woman I walked up to her and explained how the same thing happened to me and showed her how to get a new card and showed her how to load it. She could have taken two min out of her time to show this lovely woman how to load a new card. That wasnt my job to do but because I felt so bad I felt the need to help her out. This attendant is a HORRIBLE employee who displays ZERO interest in her job. She was rude and lazy and her unpleasant attitude makes me not want to come here to do my laundry and lucky for me a new facility will be opening in the plaza right down the road. I guess you can say that will be the new place I will be doing my laundry. Id rather drive an extra few minutes down the road than to deal with this poor womans disgusting attitude.

Its still there! And just as described in the earlier reviews. I went there this evening because I had about nine loads of laundry I wanted to do for family members, and friends, who were unable to do their own laundry. I havent been to a laundromat since my college days. Well since Grad school. And in those days Ive had years and years of experience. I wish we had places like this in college! The place is big and well lit. No waiting for machines here. And the machines arent just big - theyre huge! They are all front loaders. The smallest are "triple load" machines. Then there are bigger ones, then "max" size, which cost $4.45 per load. I used two of these and two "Mega" size machines ($5.75 or so). One load consisted of two thick comforters, both in the same machine and it looked like you could fit two more, or three. The dryers cost $.25 for seven minutes, and there are really big ones that give you only three minutes. You can pay in cash, or buy their little credit cards to use in the machines, so you dont have to carry a pocket full of quarters. You can even use your debit or credit card to put money on their cards, so you can use the laundromat cashless. Cool. Of course there are little tables (like benches at the diner) where you can sit and read, or eat. There is a McDonalds right across the street, and a Family Dollar store two hundred yards or so away, so you can buy detergent and dryer sheets without paying the laundromat prices for single helpings. Of course, it is open all night but if you need more soap in the middle of the night, they sell it there. and, every time Ive been there there is always someone present who supervises it and these folks were pretty helpful to me when I needed an explanation of the credit-card system there. Oh and of course there are plenty of big-screen TVs on the walls in case you get bored waiting for your socks to dry. And I also noticed a few Moms who sat with their little ones, watching small flat-screen TVs theyd brought from home. Other people just hung around using their iPads, or texting on their phones. I was out of there in about two hours. And if I wasnt such a slow folder, it would have been even faster than that.

It was the worse place ive been to!! I go to wash clothes put $20something dollars on a card to wash and dry and find out the card only works for the f**king washers and not the dryers. The dryers apparently have to be paid with quarters! And on top of that the one in charge says i cant get my money back from the card! So i just lost like $13 dollars! total ripoff cant get my damm money back and had to go home with wet clothes! Not coming back here f**k and then they tell you to use a credit card which means you have to spend more cash, dont you think it would make more sence to use the laudrycard for both washing machine and dryer! Other laundrymats use the card for both washers n dryers. I find it dumb!!

Horrible experience today. It was a very busy Sunday all the the spots were taken up to fold my clothes. Stacy the worker told me i couldnt fold my clothes out of the dryer and put them in my basket because SHE was hot! Well Im sorry to inconvience her ! She then slammed my dryer door because I didnt do what she said right away! She then got in my face as if she was going to hit me and she also told me not to come and wash my clothes there because I couldnt follow her rule !she is a very angry women when she gets hot ! I have wrote the company ..lets see what happens she is stearing away customers. I was also very frightened.

Often come here when the laundry has accumulated to the point that doing it at home has become too daunting. This location even offers wash and fold service on a per-pound basis, meaning theyll sort, wash, and pack up your laundry for a fee. Building is showing its age a bit inside, though overall not too bad. The machines themselves work well, which is the important part. Being open 24 hours is very convenient, but as you might expect this close to an urban area, you may not want to hang around here too late at night if you can help it.

I really like this laundromat. It is very large and has lots of machines. Very clean and well lit inside. They have AC, so i was very comfortable. My favorite part is that they have lots tables to sit at. So there is a place to relax while the clothes wash. Another feature i like is how i can use my credit card to pay for the machine, instead of carrying an annoying and heavy bag of quarters around. Machines are very easy to use. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely come here again. Ooooo and they are 24 hour laundromat. Amazing. :)
