Morris operates with the card system preventing customers from utilizing alternative laundry service s such as Dollys in CampHill which is .65 cheaper per Wash load. One significant consequence of using the card if the machine is defective for any reason the customer can be charged multiple times without knowledge of the transactions unless the balance is checked which can be challenging when the card reader indicates an error message testing patience of the customer. Old fashion coin operation provides more control for transactions unless the balance is recorded prior to each transaction using the card.

This was the most disgusting laundry mat I have ever been in. But I was in need of extra larger washers and dryers immediately so I stayed. Ugh......then was disappointed to find out you have to put money on their card in order to use their machines. The card reader was not working properly and kept telling me there was not enough money on the card to finish what I needed to do. Now I have over $20 ON A CARD I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. The number listed in the store when called I get no answers. I would like someone to contact me because I would like to get my money back for this card purchase!

You must get a card. The card machine only accepts $5, $10, and up. I only had ones. Theres an ATM on site but it only gives multiples of $20. I only needed $10. So I had to go to the post office for proper bills. I didnt see prices posted anywhere. The wash was $4.15. I got detergent on my hands while loading, and there is no sink to wash my hands. Laundry should not be this complicated.

Operates with a card loading system but the lowest denomination they accept is a $5. They conviently have priced everything so that one can never fully unload the card. Thats theft in my eyes and I wont be patronizing again. They get the second star because at least its clean. Save this place for a last resort because it will cost you more than advertised in the long run.

The card dispenser is an issue 60% of the time in rejecting bills even when you get them from their atm. I can understand that with all the fraud protection on the bills but the rude phone call from the little man in the office because you tagged the equipment to warn other customers is piss poor customer service. Keep it up and you could become the next Hechingers.

It needs to be cleaned( the machines, floor everything) people bring their clothes there to get cleaned not walk into a dirty places i stood there and watched as it was "cleaned" they didnt clean washers or dryers. Didnt wipe tables down. Didnt wipe chairs. NOTHING Half mopped the floor with a dirty mop. Threw away socks. And when you complain they blame you

The biggest downfall of this place is the card policy. You have to add money to the cards to be able to use their machines. Well, the only way you can add money is by having cash on hand, and it was to be either a 5, 10 or 20$ bill. If you could put change on your card or lower dollar bills this would be much more helpful.
