I would give it zero stars but you cannot go that low. I will never step foot in that laundry mat every again. You need to post all your rules so customers know before they carry their laundry all the way across the parking lot. I got there just before 8:30 pm sign says close at 9 pm, Im thinking plenty of time to wash 1 load of laundry right, wrong. The lady working watched me carry my laundry basket all the way across the parking lot and waited until I struggled to get the door open with my laundry in my hand to tell me I cannot wash them. I said why not I only have to wash? She said nope last load to wash is in at 7:30 and last load to dry is in by 8 pm. I said but there isnt anyone here and I only have to wash. She said nope cant do it. Why stay open and sit there doing nothing if you are not going to allow customers come in to wash their clothes? Maybe that is why it is always empty in there. Damn shame the owner spent all that money on all those new machines only to let them sit there and not collect a return on your money. Should just close back down. If you close at 9 pm last load in should be 8:30 wash or dry. That way you might make some money.

This was my first experience with a laundromat. It was pretty easy to get a handle of. It is clean, and the people are friendly. I had an issue finding the place because of the google map. It is not where the marker indicates. It is actually next to pizza hotline and another dry cleaning place.
