Do not use this place. I have dealt with two different employees who seem to all be confused about even the most minor inquiries, such as how much certain things will cost and when a job will be completed. I dropped off 4 pants to be cleaned on Monday and they are still not ready on Friday. Seemingly no employee can answer any questions, both people I spoke with said "I will text the owner and find out" for simple questions. I used this service because I live at the Swift at Petworth and Press had an event at my building. Do not waste your money on this place, your frustration is not worth a discount. I will advise my building of the poor service and I hope nobody else gets suckered by this place

The alterations came back with the shirts right vs. left straps and armholes being different sizes and lengths... I sent it back twice, but the seamstress still could not get it right. When dry cleaning an item that has a spot/stain, they will charge you an EXTRA $3 PER stain, without telling you in advance.

Been going here for over a year and never had an issue. I am even greeted by their more full time employees as i walk in and the owner has been very helpful even offering his number for me to text if an issue arises.
