Signs on every machine telling you that you cant put anything on top of machine. Coin machine only accepts $20 bills. The attendant removed my clothes from the washer and from 3 out of 4 of my dryers because I was not standing at the machine when it stopped. There was only 3 other people there so i was not blocking anyone else from being able to wash or dry their clothes. I was told by a friend that there is a sign that says you cant leave your clothes unattended. I was sitting in my car outside. But you have to literally stand next to your machine. Need a key to use bathroom. Seems like a really annoying place to wash your clothes. There is a sign that says you cant sit on tables. The tables are small. There is no room on these small tables to fold your clothes. Last load is 9:00pm and the attendant watches everything everyone does so dont think you can start a load at 9:01pm. Clean. Tv. Attendant stopped me from putting a pillow in a machine. She said the machine could not take any more items since I already put one pillow in. So the attendant even watches you load the machines. But I think the machine could hold a second pillow. It was the largest machine they have. Attendant said a second pillow would cause the machine to rock during the spin cycle. I give two stars and not one only because the place is clean. They have about 20 surveillance cameras and a large video screen that allows attendant to view all camera angles on one screen.

Our dryer is out of commission, so we went over to 1 Laundromat to clean a bunch of clothes. We went over on a Saturday afternoon... there were plenty of machines available to wash and dry without any issue. Both of the attendants were there if needed, but were focusing on doing the wash/fold service. They didnt bother us at all. Both the wash/dry went pretty quickly and had no problems. Its in the same lot as Dunkin Donuts, Sweet Frog and a wing place I think - so while the wash was going on we grabbed a drink from Dunkin Donuts which was nice. They had 2 coin machines plus an ATM. The coin machine in the front took $5s, $10s and $20s. I think the ATM only dishes out in $20s. There is one TV in the place along with a few chairs. Previous reviews are correct - you cant put anything on top of the machines (not sure why this is a big deal?) and they dont want you sitting on the tables since they have chairs... The two reasons I didnt give it 5 stars... 1. WiFi service would be great - help pass the time. 2. The machines work, but they could be updated. Mainly the washers -- they dont have a digital time on them, its alittle dial but does not depict a time. So you have no idea how long the wash has left... the dryers have digital timers.

They steal your money do not go. The washers dont wash. The dryers are not working. They said that i have to put at least two dollars in the dryer othereise no heat will come out. Fu... lies. I will make sure they pay penalties

Clean laundromat with top notch machines and big flat screen in the back with multiple channels. The Wash & Fold Service is reliable and fast.

I asked them to change a $10 bill to quarters. The Chinese guy (Owner) only gave me $9.50. Count your change in front of the guy.
