Im new to the neighborhood and came here to get a few dress shirts clean. I like supporting local nonchain businesses so I liked this place already. Initially service was straightforward and my shirts were ready when promised. When I got my shorts back two out of the four were simply ruined. Its hard to describe but also my like these dry clean only dress shirts went through a washing machine. They were stretched out and ruffled in areas and they certainly were not like that when I dropped them off. When I questioned what happened the lady who worked there quickly went off on me and said I was trying to steal her money (I made no mention of money) and that if I was a regular customer she would understand. Well I dont know how she has any regular customers based on this experience and in the future I will be taking my business elsewhere because this was an extremely dissatisfying experience.
