Take your business elsewhere...I had been going there for several months and each time I thought it was imagination that I had either misread my charges or I was being overcharged. Nonetheless, the last time I went to pick up my cleanings, I had a pair of slacks pressed but the zipper was busted on them. The zipper wasnt busted when I dropped them off. I took them back and asked to get the zipper fixed for free and I got an attitude from the attendant that it wasnt the cleaners fault and I would have to pay (again) to get the zipper fixed. Although I could not understand every word that was being said to me (because of the language barrier), I knew through body language that this conversation was not going in my favor. Needless to say, I had about six items that I was going to drop off. From this point forward, this shop will not get anymore of my business.

This is a warning do not go to The Cleaners to get your clothes clean. I had a shirt only worn once they fade the color and did not honor their mistake. Also, very poor communication skills. Why take your clothes to non-English speakers? They put someone on the phone to translate what they had to say to me. I plan to contact BBB on this establishment.

Fast and friendly cleaners. They also offer alteration services. Have used them several times and have been happy each time. Alteration services take a few days as they outsource this service, but the attention to detail is great. Good prices and service.

I moved to Stafford 7 years ago and Ive been to 5 different dry cleaners in the area, and this place seems to be the best. The clothes come back clean and they always have the 3 for 2 special on dry cleaning everyday.

Friendly service, competitive pricing for the area. They are slow to return calls, but the service outshines the call backs.
