I took my suits here because it seemed convenient and the prices were decent. When I picked up my suits I noticed that the individual strands of the lining of the jacket were coming through all over the suit jacket. It looked like the jacket was covered in lint! When I questioned the lady behind the counter, she blamed Brooks Brothers for manufacturing low quality suits and I should contact them. She refused to tell me who the owner or manager was so I could speak to them about resolving my issue. She pretended not to speak english once she knew I wasnt satisfied with her answer and told me to "call Korea for Owner". The service or lack there of was simply astounding and I am left holding an expensive ruined suit! Only reason I gave it 1 star is because I cant give it 0 stars. BEWARE!

This place seemed really great at first. I had my wedding dress pressed and my husbands dress blues cleaned a couple weeks before our wedding. We didnt notice until we put them on the day before the wedding that they had broken the clasp at the top of my dress, still usable but frustrating. They also burnt the fabric on the pocket of my husbands jacket and ripped out the lining on one of the sleeves. We called many times but we just put on hold indefinitely. We had moved out of state so we could bring them back to complain. Everything was still wearable but definitely came back in worst condition. Very disappointed in the service.

Extremely nice, extremely fast. super happy with my experience. Had my wedding dress cleaned and pressed in 2 days! Aaaand it was less than I thought it would cost. WILL come back. (Went here because only places reviewed were bad ones, this one had none. I had to put up a review for my great experience.)
