OK - myself and my co-workers have taken many different types of clothing to them many many times as they are convenient to our workplace and because of our vocation we constantly require dry-cleaning. After many many horrid experiences I figured time to no longer be forgiving. Mistakes happen - I understand that very much so being in a consumer oriented industry also. However, every time an incident occurs at this location the reaction is incredible. They have yelled at us - placed the blame on us for supposedly bringing the items in damage - and refuse to ever try to come to a resolution. They have burnt many dress shirts and slacks I have taken to them and insist they came in burn. How in the hell do I take a relatively clean white shirt to them and have it come back with burns and stains? Does that make any sense? When you point out items to them they tell you that if you pay extra they can probably fix the issue. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?!? You want to damage MY clothing and then try to charge ME to fix the issue? This is the biggest joke of a dry cleaning establishment I have ever seen. Customer service is more accurately a full blown customer disservice if anything. Every time I ever drop in its like loading up the revolver and spinning the barrel - russian roulette at its finest when coming here. So if deciding to patronize this fine establishment be ready to have your items destroyed or at least negatively modified, to be readily insulted at the slightest pointing out of an issue, and to be treated like you are a POS on every visit. I recently had them damn near ruin a very expensive suit and it actually came back with a cut on the inner lining. Thanks guys! Save your money - if needing some items pressed or dry-cleaned just spray down some starch on the road and take your time running over it... over and over... and then maybe spit on it a little just to get that ZIPS Fairfax flavor into it. Thanks ZIPS - always a dissatisfied customer!

Worst Customer service ever. I have always taken my clothes to this ZIP and there is always something goes wrong. They buttons gets broken and the most recent incident happen was with my pants. I gave them my pants which I purchase few weeks ago just to get dry clean. When I went back they gave it back to me with stains on both side of the pants. So I decided to bring my concerns up to their management team and they was not able to help me. So I asked for the owner and that was even worst. His name is Brett and hes the most disrespectful individual I ever came across. I dont recommend anybody to go there. I rather pay little extra and have a peace of mind that I will get my clothes back they way they should be. Also I will never want to talk to that owner ever again. He dont no how to talk with people specially with customers. If wish there was an option for 0 star because thats what this owner and his business deserve.

called about my blanket being burnt and I had been away for awhile and father had my blanket in his house for me... Well the blanket was absolutely disgusting, burnt had stains all over it, father went in to try and have them fix it and they were very rude to him. So I called today 7/14/2015 and this young girl kept interrupting me so I asked for her name and she got an attitude saying she didnt want to give me her name..... I have never been so disappointed in customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE!! They will not clean it properly and the staff has an attitude!!! Wake up owners!!! Your company is going to fail!!! Also need to get control on your staff!!! A happy customer will send more your way!!! I will no longer be telling anyone to go to Zips in Fairfax. Also I will be filing a consumer report.

This joint should change its name to "Rips." As several reviewers have noted, this business accepts only cash for same-day service. As a consumer, you have very little recourse when a proprietor negligently handles your items or performs poorly. If receiving a cash discount is worth putting your garments at risk, then go for the same-day service at place like Zips. Remember that being a cheapskate has a cost. For those of you who would like some leverage and the protection that your credit card company offers, use launders that accept credit cards for all of its services. Please select the thumbs-up symbol if you found this review helpful.

Do not go. Trust me. I wear my dress shirts once before having them cleaned. I often had them come back dirtier then Id left them. I even has a white shirt come back with a black stain on it. Went back to have it fixed- 3 days later I returned...still stained. They said theyd said it to another location to be fixed. 3 more days- still stained. Why arent they checking before I return?? The manager then said its my stain but hed try- finally it was gone. I had 2 shirts torn their. Yes, its economical. Yes, theyre fast. Yes, their quality is TRASH.

Brought in winter coats, designer suits plus a bunch of regular clothes. All of the regular clothing came back but virtually all of the designer suits (St. Johns) disappeared, they certainly did not lose the designer jackets and the matching slacks. Do not bring designer/upscale clothes here, they will not come back. The one nice jacket that was returned came back with a damaged collar. Asked them about finding missing items and they said they never lose anything except the occasional belt. Go somewhere else.

So far they have delivered what they promised. Yes, paying in cash is a little bit different given the fact that most of us dont carry any cash but I believe this is to keep their cost down so we can get a better deal and Im good with that. Plus, they have an ATM at the store. Service is fast and the employees are pretty nice. So far so good!

Horrible. Ruined two of my dress shirts with large blue spots and then accused me of having a leaking blue ink pen. I havent used blue ink in about 35 years. Lost buttons every time. Does not accept credit cards which is very inconvenient in 2014.

Despite identifying myself as a new customer, no one said anything about it being cash only- when I changed my mind, they pointed out the outdoor signage whose phrase said "prepaid", not cash only. Not worth the energy.

My clothes have been done on time and never lost. However, I have seen a few broken buttons. Love the tailor service as well.
