Its only cheaper if they dont do a poor job or ruin your clothes. Well they did both to me this time. I am never going back. Despite what the tag says the shirt was fine before they shredded and scorched it. Regrettably, I took 2 suits there too. One of which is brand new. Theyre about as wrinkled as they were when I dropped them off. The press was off on the pants, leaving two creases and theres a weird waffle look to the jackets. I am hopeful none of the damage is permanent. So back to my normal cleaner by the courthouse. They are consistently very good and less expensive once you account for quality differences.

My husband needs a suit cleaned today. He arrived at Zips in Stafford just before 9 AM, but was told the soonest he could have the suit back was tomorrow at 5 PM, with no further explanation. Their advertising clearly states, "in by 9, out by 5." He did his part. If you cant even believe the time offer, why would anyone believe the other elements they advertise (same process and quality with lower cost)? This franchisee or manager needs to get with the program or get out of the business.

This place is fast and cheap. While I suppose you get what you pay for, I cannot stand wasting my time. They break my buttons consistently. The offer to repair them for free, and have always been courteous, but they never actually fix the buttons. I have taken the same broken button to them and not had it repaired five times in a row, several times over. I really wanted them to be good enough, but they just are not. Now I not use them in an emergency.

Dropped off a few of my husbands dress shirts and a few blouses for me and everything seemed okay until it was time for me to pickup. The employee took 20 minutes to get me my items and kept skipping me to get the line moving even though there were 2 other employees. No regards for my time wasting waiting on her. ZIPS, you need to do better!!!

My sweaters and shirts often come back with a foul odor. They dont smell clean at all. This has happened too many times.The prices are great, but paying for foul smelling cleaning is not. Thinking of switching back to my old cleaners.

The stains on my clothes had not gone away and so they took it back to redo it. They are fast in taking care of customers and their drop off services seem like a good plan. Maybe Ill try the service to see how it works.

11/1/16: Ive taken things to Zips many times, never had a problem, always courteous and inexpensive. I get an email notification when the item is ready. Its the only dry cleaners I now use.

Fast and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars except today 3 of the ties I took in came back wrinkled. I am going to take them back and hopefully they will redo them at no charge.

I really like the e-mail telling me my garments are ready. Plus, its usually well before 5 p.m. on the weekends so i dont feel like I have to rush to get them before 7 p.m.

I can get like 10 shirts washed AND ironed for $20. Its fast and the white shirts come out completely white. Love zips, just hate doing laundry!
