Took slip covers to these cleaners to "clean" and get out ink because Traditions told us this was the only way to get out ink from this type of material. They charged us $28 and they didnt even lighten the ink let alone look like they cleaned them. They look EXACTLY like our other covers (we have two couches in the same slip covers). They didnt have the professionalism to call and tell us let alone tell my husband anything when he picked them up. So he thought they had gotten it out. When he got them home I looked at them and it looks like all they did was fold them. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Customer service has gone out the window now a days.

I had a shirt cleaned there that I paid $125 for wore the shirt one time to church, when I received it back it had a long bleach like stain on the front of it and they had the nerve to tell me it came in like that. Lie Lie lie
