I took my 2013 Subaru Forested here around 30,000 miles, had the oil changed twice, then I heard a knock in the motor so I took it up to the dealership and they said the wrong oil was put into it and that was the cause of needing the motor replaced. They replaced it under warranty so I let it go since I didnt have to pay. Then I take it up to get the brakes replaced and they said I needed new rotors, the woman told me they suggest changing the rotors when the brakes are changed which seemed odd but I had them do the brakes and rotors on the front end for $350. 6 months later my wife tells me it is making a bad squeaking noise when driving, turning, and braking. I take it to the dealership this time and they said someone installed the brake pads incorrectly and it was digging into the rotors and they showed me my new rotors which had been torn up pretty bad with deep groves in them. So I have to replace my pads and they resurfaced the rotors and put it in detail on the receipt that they had installed them wrong. Called Tillman and he tells me the dealership always lies and ripped me off. I told him I saw the rotors and the shape they were in and he said well I doubt we installed them wrong. He refused to help me out with the money I had to pay to have HIS work corrected. They do not stand behind the work that they do. I never write reviews normally but I have had nothing but bad experience with these people. They messed up the two most basic things....an oil change and brakes. Beyond pissed off with the poor quality of work and customer service. Will make sure everyone I know does not go here.
