I would like to thank you and your staff for the quality of customer service that was provided to us during the purchase of our fifth wheel toy hauler. We had never heard about your RV store prior to the Hershey PA camper show. We were not looking forward to the 2 1/2 hour drive from our home in Dayton MD to your store; however, in the end it was worth every bit of time we spend traveling to your location. CJ initially helped us; he took our calls and worked with us to get the camper within our schedule. We certainly appreciated getting us the camper in the time we needed. When we arrived at the store we were greeted, offered coffee, water and immediately helped by Bob, since CJ was not in yet. We felt right at home. We then met Jim who would go over the details of the camper with us. Jim had a sling on his arm and that didnt stop him. We started around 1000 and Jim was with us until after 1700, he answered all my husbands questions, made sure everything worked and that we knew where everything was. Jim, is truly an exceptional person and we enjoyed talking with him. When we realized that the stairs we ordered were not installed, Hannah sent someone to Harrisburg to get the right stairs and have them installed while we were still going over the camper. Amazing. Next we realized that we didnt have slide toppers, Jim talked with Hannah and they were able to get them installed as well. Again, amazing. Chris in Finance was also very helpful during the dreadful process of paying for the camper. He made the process quick and painless. The parts store helped us find all the items we had on our list to purchase. The staff stayed around to explain the camper and sure we were comfortable when we pulled away with our new camper. Having someone like Jim on your staff is a blessing. If he can make it through all my husbands questions, sometimes the same questions more than once, he is a saint. The experience was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend your store to others and I will. I personally know 2 others who purchased campers from other stores and they didnt get the same service we did. I want to say THANK YOU to you and your staff for providing us with exceptional service. Thank you!

We are currently sitting in the service department waiting room...waiting...again...because they failed to tell us to be here by noon to pick up our camper. This, after last week doing our demo and asking if we needed to make an appointment. We were told we did not need am appointment and could show up anytime. Someone would be available to help us hook it up. Here we are, after driving an hour from our house to get the camper being told sorry, we should have been here before noon. This is not the first problem we have had. The first visit here a sales person was driving us out to see some campers on a bitter cold February day. Before we even got to see any camper he hopped out of the vehicle when he noticed another couple looking at much more expensive unit, leaving us sitting and the door open. We then went to the rv show at the farm show in Harrisburg and placed money on the camper we wanted to hold. We were told we could drive the hour to their lot on the following weekend to see the camper, look it over and decide for sure. When we arrived we were told ,sorry, your camper is not here, it is on our storage lot. You cant see it today. Fine, we set up an appointment to see the camper the next weekend and have a demo for 12:30pm. We arrive at 12:15pm and are told they are running behind. Someone is sick. Excusr after excuse. We did not end up starting the demo until 2pm. As a consolation We were given t-shirts and an apron emblazoned with tacky promos which i would rather be prodded with a hot poker than wear. We expressed to our demo guy that we were a bit unhappy having to wait so long when we had an appointment. The only thing he said was that the people who left before us were very happy. Where is the customer service? We also had to buy some stuff in their store that day in order to get the 15% buyers reward and did not get out of there until after 5pm. And we were badgered to buy a lot of overpriced, unnecessary items. Many of our interactions with others here were fine. Some were apologetic, others were not. The whole experience will make us think twice when we are ready to trade up.

I was traveling up I81 near Frackville,PA when the rear wheel bearing drivers side on my fifth wheel caught on fire. I looked for the nearest parking lot and found a K-mart near by. My wife was in contact with me by phone and gave me the name of this place in Shoemakersville,PA which turned out to be about 45 minutes away. I was desperate so I said I would look them up the next day. Meanwhile I removed the wheel from the trailer and also removed another wheel from the other side so a comparison could be made to match the bearings because the bearings were totally destroyed on the bad wheel and there were no numbers left on the good bearings that were readable. The next day I made the drive with my good hub and bearings for a direct match. When I spoke with the service man (Ron) at the RV Center he told me they would not be able to match my wheel bearings and I needed to buy the back assembly as well as a new hub. :-/ Totally costing $160. Trusting them to know their business I returned to assemble my hub/wheel assembly on trailer to find out that (Ron) had sold me a back assembly that would not mount on my old spindle. I returned the back assembly and they did not even check my original hub to make sure the new one would match up either. I completed the second trip (costing me no less than 3 hours of extra driving) to find out the spindle was too short for the new hub, and the brake shoes were to big for the old hub. I said Im not making another trip so I packed the bearings that came with the new hub(which the inner bearing was too large for the spindle) with plenty of grease and drove the rest of the way home to Maine. When I arrived home I was able to take just the wheel bearings to NAPA here locally and they matched them perfectly ($25 total) in about 10 minutes with a set of calipers. NEVER AGAIN!!! will I go to an RV place if there is a NAPA around. Now I have a $75 hub in my garage I cant even use. I was able to cut the brake shoes down to the correct size with a portaband and now everything is working again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ive waited a little to write this review to actually see what would happen with the used rv we purchased through these jokes. We bought a trailer back on the beginning of May. We didnt want something that had water damage or a leak. We checked out a several and found one that didnt appear to have one. There was some bubbling that was hard on the outside that they masked by putting the camper smacked so close to the other one that we didnt see it. (This is our 1st trailer). We noticed after we had the trailer home. We took it back and they said it was probably a defect from the factory but we shouldnt worry because its hard. They did reseal a few areas. So we took it home again. Again, we had to go back up because there was some wall paper that rippled from water on the inside which was directly above the outside damage which is under a window and behind cushions. Scott Schaeffer was arrogant. He said it wasnt a big deal and that a kid could have dumped water down the side for all he knew. Excuse me? Its under the wallpaper and obviously wasnt from his theory. They did say they would open it up and look at it. As Scott went into the camper he said to his service manager that he didnt realize that we bought the unit with extras and should have charged us more. What an arrogant man he is! So they told us that it was an old leak and the wall was dry. Fast forward to the end of July. I have water running down the wall after rain, their patch job where they removed the wall is lifting. They wanted a quick sale. Greed. Scott is very arrogant with his smart remarks. Very poor business practice. They are not out for the customer and out to make a quick buck!
