It has taken me a few months to write this review because I just haven’t had time. To make a very long story short. I couldn’t wait to try this auto shop out and after 2 visits, I’d say “don’t believe the hype”. It’s actually the WORSE mechanic shop I ever been to in regard to customer service and servicing my vehicle properly. Both times I was there, the owner walked by me multiple times and not only did she not smile, she didn’t even speak. How are you running a business and not even acknowledging your customers? The 1st time I was there I wasn’t impressed and had negative thoughts considering I was there far longer than I thought I should have been. The 2nd time around, my mechanic was on vaca and my brake and ABS light came on. It was Memorial weekend and I had plans to drive far so I called them and got an appointment. I was called by Colleen and told that they diagnosed for an hour and it was $110 per hour for diagnostic (which my mechanic doesn’t charge for). She asked for my approval to do a 2nd hour of diagnostic (now if they were confident in what they were doing, they would know that if the ABS/brake system was in jeopardy it would’ve came up in the 1st hour) I told her I wasn’t sure about paying for a 2nd hour. She told me that I needed to because my brake system could go out and it could very dangerous. My mechanic tells me that it is not true. That if that was the case, it would’ve came up in the 1st hour. Anyway…after my car being there ALL day, I showed up to the shop and sat for another hour just for them to tell me that they needed more time to find the problem. It could be a short and they couldn’t find it. So I told them, don’t worry about it because I didn’t want to waste any more time there. So when I was checking out, I was told I’m being charged for the 2 hours diagnostic (which is bs to begin with) and for 2 bulbs they tried to replace but the fuse was blown. So you decided to try to replace the bulbs and it didn’t work but I’m still being charged for the bulbs? That doesn’t even make sense. So when I went to question Colleen about that, she put her hand up and said “Stop”. As if she was on the street or talking to a friend. So of course I had to let her know that I have EVERY right to question why I’m being charged. $300 odd dollars and my lights are STILL ON. Waste of money so she should expect me to be upset. Uncompassionate and unprofessional. I told her about her horrible attitude and advised her I wouldn’t be back. A few days later Colleen did call and apologize for her unprofessional. However, doesn’t take away from my experience altogether. I will never be back and wont recommend any of my family/friends.

This is a fantastic business and I love supporting it. Everyone who works here is friendly and each time I go in, its a very pleasant experience. The waiting area for repairs is a little small and seating is limited, but the salon area is huge and there is plenty of room there. Complimentary beverages are nice. Ive been ripped off by a few garages in the past, so its nice to be able to trust the mechanics here. Colleen talks you through the repairs recommended for your car and explains everything really well. Shes also good about giving updates if things take a little longer than expected. Ive taken my car here for everything since it opened and I have told all of my friends about it! Prices are fair and the quality of the work is outstanding!

Havent been there yet, but I support all women who are willing to not only start their own business but also teach other women what they can do to help themselves. To the owner please disregard the previous one star review, there are haters everywhere. I will be purchasing a used car soon and now I have found a mechanic close to home. #KEEPUPTHEGREATWORK

Great Experience and everyone was extremely kind, courteous and respectful. They did not try to rip me off and their price was reasonable. Got an itemized receipt. I would definitely go back & highly recommend to others. These women know what they are doing!!!!

They have done a great job of keeping our old (97) Explorer running. Even managed to fix an A/C issue that has stumped other mechanics for 5 years. My wife & I both love this place, but expect to wait a little bit: They are deservedly very busy.

Great experience everyone was so nice, they didnt rip me off on price or try to sell me crap I dont need like Sears does. Got an itemized receipt and could watch while they work on the car. Will go back and def reccommend.
