These guys REALLY care about what they do. I believe most places are looking to see what they can get away with charging. I have found Pure Automotive is more concerned with maintaining a relationship with me and has repeatedly told me that there were services I DIDNT need when I thought I did. Recently, I thought I had a problem with an oil leak - I called Pure after hours and left a message telling them Id bring it by in the morning. Jim called me an hour later because he was concerned that it might be related to a timing belt job they did a month ago and that I should stop driving the car and bring it in first thing. Are you kidding me? Most shops would not EVEN acknowledge the slightest possibility that they could have been responsible - even if I had suggested it, but here the owner is calling me an hour after closing to tell me how to care for my car!?!? This is what sets Pure above any shop Ive ever used. Ill never go anywhere else - and you shouldnt either. Pure auto is VERY fair and takes great pride in what they do. (Turns out I didnt even have an oil leak - it was from a rental car parked in my driveway). Awesome!!

I cant say enough good things about Pure Automotive; almost all of our family takes their cars and here and we couldnt be happier. Jim and Cheryl are extremely friendly, hospitable, and professional. Their facility is always clean and well-organized. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure our cars are running well. One of the best automotive shops I have been to and dealt with. The place, for one, is insanely clean and respectable, and the guys that work there are above the rest. Jim has helped me a few times with my Honda and every time and ended with success. I even called him regarding a noise I could not distinguish and ask to drop my car off. Instead, he stayed on the line and literally compared the noise to all kinds of real life situations and we were able to find out it was a bad tire; all over the phone. I am way too skeptical when it comes to finding reliable car shops, but these guys are a go-to for me.

I tooked in my 2000 4 door toyota echo. It was running like an old man who had no ability to sprint and barely enough energy to walk. After getting worked on by Pure Automotive and Jim, the owner explaining what is needed. My car is running like an olympic athlete. I was really surprised how the car is running 180 degrees from what I experienced before bringing it in. I am a raving fan for them. If you need a mechanic shop that works on toyotas and hondas; they are the guys to hire.

The level of experience at this repair shop is amazing. The repairs needed were explained in detail and they made me aware of some items that were showing signs of wear but not needed at this time. Very honest and professional business. Most importantly my car was fixed right the first time and at an extremely reasonable price. I will be returning for all future maintenance and repairs needs.

Its a family business with honest people and they might not necessarily be the cheapest, but youll never pay for something you dont need. Excellent service at an affordable price. I brought my Acura TL in for a transmission flush and oil change a few weeks ago. From my experience with Pure Automotive, Jim (the owner) is very nice and knowledgeable. Jim definitely took good care of me at a very reasonable price. I found my go to Acura repair shop. Give him a try, you wont be disappointed.
