I never write reviews for anything but I HAD to for this. This place is terrible. The woman that cut my hair couldnt even speak english. She asked me 3-4 times to repeat myself because she didnt know what I meant. I asked for a side bang...I said exactly what I wanted. I said where and how long I wanted it. She cut my bangs STRAIGHT ACROSS! WTF! How is that a SIDE BANG? Absolutely horrible. I came home crying and there is no way to fix it because she cut ALL of my bangs WAY too short. Theyre not even omg its just terrible. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR HAIR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Went for the 7 for $24 highlights. I have never gotten highlights before, but I already have natural highlights so I figured it wouldnt be much of a difficult job. First of all, the staff member set me aside and made me wait until she finished the other clients in the store (they all arrived long after I had gotten there.) I ended up waiting for an hour before taking my turn. I waited for my hair to dry before looking at the highlights and they are TERRIBLE. Its so bad that I have to make an appointment somewhere else to get it fixed. PLEASE AVOID GETTING HAIR COLORED AT THIS LOCATION!!!

All I wanted was my bangs cut, I brought a picture and everything. What I got was about an inch shorter than desired and the equivalent of a bowl cut. The cheap price is not worth the several weeks of growing out this is going to take. Would advise against going here.
