I had my hair cut this morning at Supercuts and it was without a doubt the worst haircut experience I have had anywhere. The stylist was severely sick. During the haircut she told the stylist next to her that she had been in the HOSPITAL all night!!! She accidentally coughed on me a couple times, touched my face and glasses, and had to leave in the middle of the haircut to go blow her nose and cough loudly in the bathroom. I was barely paying attention to the haircut. I wanted to go home and take a Purell bath. I felt awful for the stylist, she was breathing hard and I thought she might collapse during the haircut. I voiced my concerns to the manager, who was pleasant, but the manager informed me that it was Supercuts Corporate Policy to have any employee who is considered "not contagious" work, and that if the stylist stayed home she would be fired. The manager told me that she personally objected to this policy and would like to let the employee go home. She also told me the stylist had pneumonia, and had been in the hospital all night. Supercuts maintains this policy because they think it makes them more money. I wont be going to any Supercuts again. I have this to say to Supercuts Corporate: DONT BE EVIL. Letting seriously ill employees go home is better for your customers, your other employees, and the sick person. Change your policy pronto.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The woman butchered my hair today, it looks MORTIFYING. She didnt even style it, she left my hair sopping wet and told me to put it in a bun, and was trying to sell me products the entire time. I told her she was going too short and she completely disregarded me. I called crying because my hair was down my back before I came in and she butchered my hair to where I will need it shoulder length to even make it look alright again, and the girl I spoke to was so unapologetic and apathetic towards me. She said I needed to call when the manager was in. I have never had such a bad experience with a hair cut in my entire life and I am so embarrassed. These people do not care at all about how you walk out of there so please do yourself a favor and dont bother. Go somewhere theyll treat you like they care.

Supercuts is Supercuts. They rotate the staff throughout the different locations in the area, so the quality is pretty consistent for all New Castle Supercuts. Nothing flashy but they do a good job. I have enjoyed the hot neck towel theyve started doing recently. This particular Supercuts is the busiest Ive ever been to and I highly recommend calling ahead or youre in for a long wait.

Absolutely horrendous. I went In to get cleaned up and I came out looking horrible. Do not under any circumstances go to this place. Spend the extra 10 bucks to go to a salon because the people who work here are incompetent!
