Ive always had my hair styled by my aunt, who works in a high end salon in NJ. I needed a hair cut, but didnt have time to go to her. I went to Mark IV extremely nervous about having someone who wasnt family cut my hair (plus I had heard horror stories of my friends getting their haircut in Newark at other salons)...but it turned out fantastic! Olga squeezed me in between appointments as a walk-in and the entire staff was so polite and welcoming. Ive been back several times since then and plan on going there as long as Im in DE!

Had a very bad experience. The stylist needed to serve another customer, so she left me under the blow dryer until she finished her job. I have very coarse hair, the over long blow drying was not helpful. I told her specifically that I would like to leave my bangs alone because that was the part of my hair that I really loved. I came out of the salon with my bangs about 50% shorter - way about my brows. It is bad! My hair will grow, but the disappointment is real. Hope it will not happen to you.

I had a scheduled photoshoot and needed a new salon to get my hair done. I chose Mark IV, and I am VERY inpressed. They made me feel comfortable, happy, were so polite, and my hairstyling turned out perfect! I will definitely return in the future! :)

I have been to many different salons in and around Wilmington and Newark. OLGA at Mark IV is the very best. Best hair cut, color, and highlights I have ever gotten. OLGA is a perfectionist, which I like, and she does a fabulous job!

I was not impressed. $36 for an "okay" haircut, WITHOUT blow dry. Not worth it. Wont be going back.
