I have come here before many times and had overall great experiences for what it is. Today, however, made me want to re-evaluate ever coming back. As another reviewer noted, the advanced check in does not guarantee you a shorter wait. I signed in online for 10:30 and was seated somewhere near 11, which is not a big deal as I understand they were very busy. My biggest complaint comes from the stylist I had today. She was very aggressive and borderline rude in trying to upsell their products. I understand that it is a part of their job and usually it doesnt bother me, but this stylists sales technique needs some serious updating. Insulting me and my habits does not make me want to buy an overpriced conditioner. Telling me my hair is about to fall out because I dont use 20+ products daily does not make me want to buy an overpriced heat protectorant. Long story short, if I do come back, it will be when that stylist is not there. In general, the positive experiences Ive had here outweigh this negative one, but I still left today with a bad taste in my mouth.

Do not go here if you have curly hair. I got a haircut earlier this year. All I wanted was layers so my hair wouldnt have the dreaded triangle look. I also decided to get a blow out. I went with my hair in its natural state so there were no surprises about my hair type. They paired me with one of their new stylists (which I found out during a subsequent call with the manager) who clearly had zero experience with curly hair. I left with my bangs cut super short (to the point that they would stand straight up when curly), hardly any layer added and my hair in a poof as she was trying to add unnecessary volume to my already voluminous hair. I spoke with the manager (friendly manner) just to let her know they shouldnt be having new stylists handle hair types they are unfamiliar with. She assured me I would have a free cut coupon in the mail... never received it. Probably a good thing as it would save me the possibility of another terrible haircut.

There was a stylist that I really liked. I called ahead for the 30 minutes ahead sign-in. When I got there the other stylist told me that she would be "just a few minutes," which turned into 20. Had someone told me it would take 20 minutes, I could have come back, or just left. Just know the limitations of the call ahead deal; they have to take somebody ahead of you and you may have to wait a long time anyway.

My husband and I both had much needed haircuts today. Jodi cut my hair in an awesome pixie, and took the time to braid it first so I could send my 14 inch braid to Locks of Love. My husband had hair past his shoulders and a long raggedy beard. The associate who cut his hair even cut his beard and eyebrows. We both look and feel ten years younger. Thanks so much ladies! We needed that!

Went in for a haircut and shape up, lady didnt know how to do a shape up and now my hairline is completely screwed up. Not going there again.
