Dont bother making an appointment - they dont honor them. Ive came here 3 times (based off of the coupons I get every once an awhile while shopping) and its on my way home when I cant make it to my regular barber... Ive always called in advance to make an appointment and each time Ive come - they seem shocked there is an appointment on the book when I arrive (normally it looks like Im the only one - and it appears they dont look at it often) The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke - maybe a bad day... 10 minutes late to cut my hair... whatever, no big deal. Second time same story... 2 weeks ago I was on the way back from work - and regular barber was booked - I figured Id call 30 minutes out and make an appointment. Girl answered the phone - "sure - no problem" I told her Id be there right at 4:30 and Im only going to come if you can get me right in... she told me "it wouldnt be a problem - I have it down" Arrived promptly at 4:30 to see someone waiting in a seat and all the chairs full. No big deal. Figured I would be next. Checked in at the desk - girl said "youre the 4:30 ok" she said give me one moment... and proceeded to take the guy who was sitting in the chair waiting! I finally got in the chair at 4:45 p.m... I should have left. In any regard - the girls have always done a good job cutting my hair - so thats a positive - but the wait time, and most of their attitudes are a turn off. If youre a punctual person that likes to make appointments and have them kept - dont come here for convenience. End rant.

Used to be there before, just went recently and didnt enjoy the presence. Waited for about 10 minutes because the woman was on her phone, soon after she was done on her phone I sat down and she didnt seem to happy. And the haircut was not pleasant I told her the way I wanted it and ended up completely different, she drenched my hair in water afterwards. I asked her to dry it politely and she barely dried it. Never going back

It was awful I did my eyebrows there and they look horrible and when I complained they said you dont have to pay but how about my eyebrows???

Taylor did a fantastic job with my 5 year old daughter. She went slowly and gently even though it was a lot of hair to go through.
