Store Location: 15100 Kutztown Rd Kutztown, PA 19530 Im a YouTuber and the way I look is very important. An employee at this supercut who goes by the name of Nicole, doesnt seem to value that PEOPLE CARE ABOUT THEIR HAIR. She LITERALLY took about 3-4 Mins to cut my hair. She wasnt even looking down at my hair she was just talking and looking around. The Back side of my hair is not even straight. She Simply DOES NOT CARE about hair. To her its all about How fast can i get this persons hair cut, so I can be free again. Ive gotten my hair cut here before and other employees do an amazing job, but Im sorry to say I wont be coming here again. I have to live with this terrible hair cut for another two weeks. I dont know how she still has her job, I thought SuperCuts had a commitment to Quality, apparently not anymore. You guys keeping this girl as an employee there is BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Did you not see the previous reviews? Im not the first person who had a bad experience with this girl!!! Pay attention to your customers feedback! If you want to succeed in business you need to know when to fire an employee. All my friends and relatives told me my hair cut was absolutely terrible. Thanks Supercuts! And THANKS NICOLE! YOURE REALLY GOOD AT YOUR JOB!!!

GOD AWFUL. The lady cut my hair with mens hair trimmers.(I am a woman) I thought she knew what she was doing so I didnt say anything. She styled my hair afterwards and it looked decent when I lookes in the mirror so I left her a tip. When I got home, people said it looked like I cut my hair myself!!. So i got a mirror to see the back!! It was all CHOPPY, and not even the same length!! It honestly looked like I let a 4 year old cut my hair. I am not exaggerating at all. So upset. Now i need to pay more money to go get my hair fixed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. In order to fix this mess, I will probably have to cut 3 inches off my hair, and its already very short. Im so upset. I dont usually complain, but this was the worst haircut experience I have ever had.

Took my ten year old there for a hair cut. Asked for the sides to be short and longer up top with a scissor trim. She botched the trimming job and never even scissored or trimmed the top. Didnt even offer to style it. He left embarrassed of how he looked. Worst $18 dollars ever spent on a childs cut!! Will never ever go back

We both got decent haircuts, but I really didnt appreciate the comments made about my boyfriends earlobes made by two of the hair dressers. You can wait until your customers are gone to be rude. We wont be coming back since its ok to make fun of your customers style choices in front of them.

Literally the second worst haircut Ive ever gotten (the first one was at a different Supercuts)! She just took the buzzers and started shaving my head without even asking what I wanted, like she was an artist or something. Done with this chain. Worst $15 Ive ever spent.

Went there on many occasions and had decent hair cuts except for one. The lady didnt listen to me. I asked for the sides trimmed and the top blended in. The first thing she did was buzz the top. The cut was horrible and I had school the next day. Never going back.

I told they lady I wanted a trim with LONG LAYERS. Needless to say she cut a chunk of my hair up to my ear lube. Would now I have uneven disgusting hair a week before my final... avoid this place its not worth!!
