I found Gloss Salon through Goupon. Corey was my stylist. I showed him pics of what I wanted which was hair below shoulder length. It was a simple medium length haircut. I also asked for my hair to be dyed silver. The Groupon was for a balayage and haircut. Corey immediately told me that is was possible to achieve that color in one sitting and that it was an extra $15 on top of the already paid Groupon. My hair was over bleached, after which Corey put silver toner in my hair. After sitting 30 min each time, Corey washed my hair and I heard him gasp "oops". Then he says " since it didnt turn out like I wanted to, I wont charge you for the extra toner...but its still silver". Then came the haircut. I showed him the pic again and when he started cutting I knew something was wrong. He cut my hair right below my jaw even though I asked for the length to be below the collarbone. When my mom and I expressed concern about his mistakes, he said "I can fix it". My mother replied "dont cut it shorter". Cory says "the length will be the same". He cut layers up my neck . In the end I got a " can I speak to your manager" haircut and a greenish orangey blonde color. The owner, -Adam was contacted and he assured us that it would be corrected by Corey. Two weeks later after many requests for an appointment he responds that they cannot fix it and to contact Groupon. I was left with a terrible haircut and damaged over bleached hair. Do not go to this salon. The owner uses beauty school students without telling the clients.

Came in for an express mens hair cut, had an amazing experience. The prices for a mens cut is in line with the chain stores in the area, the icing on the care is getting a boutique experience. Marty was my stylist during this visit. She came up with the best approach to cut my hair, after looking over the hair growth pattern, as well as the hairline. After moving to his area five years ago, I have finally found the best/ideal hair salon in the area. The search has finally ended! :)

I got my hair cut by Adam and it was an amazing experience! Marty gave me an amazing shampoo, condition, and scalp massage to prep me for my haircut service. I have had a short bob for years, and went with something a little edgier - an undercut with an inverted bob. I LOVE the result. My undercut even had a cool design shaved in. The salon itself is beautiful, modern design in an older building. I will definitely be back to Gloss for more fun hair!

Ive been waiting for a fashion forward higher end salon in my area, and Im so pleased that Gloss Salon and Style Bar has finally opened in the Whiteland Towne Center in Exton! My stylist was Bethany who updated my fall look with a haircut and color using fun, fantastic Pulp Riot accent color. The historic building is beautiful and the staff are talented and professional. What a fun, stylish salon! The appointment started on time and everyone was very kind, even gave me a water bottle and a glass of wine! Sam was my hairstylist and she did balayage, baby lights, a deep conditioning treatment, and toner. I loved the end result!
