My hairdresser was very nice and we had good conversation. But I had asked on the phone when scheduling my appointment if I could have my hair straightened afterwards. Then I mentioned it again twice again while I was there. She only blow dryed it and said I was done. She could tell I look confused so she said oh you didnt want me to straighten it did you? So I just left. Still not straightened. I was so shocked at how it was even possibly miscommunicated. Besides that small issue, I have had all pleasant experiences there.

Hit or miss here. My haircut is very simple, but sometimes I find myself needing to make adjustments when I get home. Get what you pay for I guess. At least I dont need to wait very long.
