I strongly feel the need to make this post because I am so angry with the lack of business from Tangles. Since the first week of April, I have called the salon 4 times and sent 2 emails requesting to speak with Angie, or someone, about booking hair services for my wedding. Every time I call Im told that I must speak with Angie, and that she is not available. Ive asked when a better time would be for me to call back, and Ive called back during those better hours, yet she is still unavailable. Several times, Ive left my cell number and email, but have yet to get any response. Planning a wedding is very stressful, and this lack of business has only made the experience that much more frustrating.

The cute was uneven, not stylist and just a bad cut. When my girlfriends saw me their first question was "What happened to your hair?" I needed to go the next day and have it cut shorter to fix the uneven layers. My hair is/was about 4"s pass my shoulders. I am not a picky client and will sometimes cut my own hair depending on how busy my schedule is so for me to complain is not the norm. The stylist was very nice however she was late for our appointment by 10 minutes. I really wanted to like this place as the price and location were right but I will not go again.

Over the past weekend I had Tangles do hair for my wedding. Angie was a pleasure to work with from the start. I had no problems getting ahold of her and she worked with my schedule. We had 10 girls get their hair done and Tangles came on site and did a fantastic job. Angie did my hair and I was so impressed she did a great job! We all received so many compliments. I would highly recommend Tangles if you have an Eastern Shore wedding.

I was going to someone for years in Ellicott City however moved to Stevensville last year and was getting tired of the commute to still be with my stylist. I called up Tangles for an emergency appointment that I needed the very next day and Jessica was able to fit me in and get my red color PERFECTLY. I am now so grateful to find a warm and inviting salon just minutes from my house. THANK YOU!!!

Jessica did my hair for a wedding. I showed her a pic and what she came up with was stunning! It stayed in place even in the wind of a seaside outdoor ceremony. She took the time to find and call a store to get earrings to match the event. So nice! Everyone was friendly and made the experience just perfect!

I can consistently get appointments at times that work well for me, with my preferred stylist (Jessica). I never need to worry about a bad haircut from Jessica -- shes quick, consistent, and always trims my hair just the way I need it. Happy Camper here!
