I have been to this location a few times. This isnt the first issue I have had this is just the last straw. There is one lady that is really good at cutting hair, her name is Moon but on more than one occasion I have had issues with the rest of the staff. They seem inept. I have called ahead for appointments specifically requesting Moon only to show at my time and not have been put down for her and she was then booked or not have been put down at all even though I had called in.Yesterday I called to make an appointment with Moon and today when I showed they didnt have me down. I was told I cant call the day before for appointments but was more than welcome to sit and wait for everyone else to be finishedto have my hair cut. I wasnt told over the phone the prior day when I called that they dont take appointments just same day calls. I didnt have time to sit an hour or longer in the salon until an opening popped up which is why I had tried to make an appointment the prior day. No customer service, it wasnt my fault their employee had messed up and then because of there employees error I was told I would have to sit and wait. I will not be going back there. I will take my money somewhere else. Too bad because Moon cuts hair great, the shop doesnt function effectively.

It is not what I would expect from a barber shop. Here is why. I went there with my son. The barber started cutting his hair and somehow it didnt look right. She appeared to be lost, then she asked a peer if she is observing her... . Came out that trainees are cutting your hair without letting you know. But even worse, I have to point out, that the hairline is not even to booth...! No more words said, I cannot complain - just proven once more that you get what you pay for. I will drive to my old barber next time - longer drive, same money but well worth it.

I tried numerous places when I moved to the area about six years ago. After receiving horrible hair cuts from many other establishments, I found this store. The thing that I like best is that many of the stylists have been at the store for several years; you dont have the problem of horrible hair cuts from someone who is being trained or fresh out of school. Now, I must say that my haircuts are not very difficult, 2 on the sides and finger-length on top. For men, I highly recommend them.

My stylist is jackie and she is great, I actually followed her to this location when she changed. Shes fun to talk to when getting my cut and she gets me try new things with my hair. She knows what she is doing so when she describes a new look to me, even though I cant always see it, usually ill take a chance on it because I trust her taste and skill. You should give them a try.

Downright awful! The stylist, Jackie, disregarded everything I asked her to do and went scissor happy on me. Its the worst haircut Ive ever had. This despite the fact that I am one of her regular clients (and a good tipper at that). You would think she would know how to cut my hair by now. That said, Im with with this place; Im going elsewhere.

I got my daughters hair cut here for the first time,all the girls did the whole time was complain about a note a manager left about dress codes,then tried to get me into buying stupid hair products for my 5 year old,then realize today her hair is so bad,un even chopped up,and bad will never ever go back there again

Very very poor customers service I been going to this place for 5 years and I been spending over $45 ever time I go in but last time when I walk into do my highlights and my eyebrows wax the lady told me its gone be 45 or so wtf for on now I will look some others places to go very very poor customers service..

I can here with 2 friends who needed to get a hair cut. After 45 minutes and 3 people in front of us, they continued to call people back who were not in line and didnt have an appointment. Didnt even acknowledge us untill they called them back to get the hair cut

They have some rules about hair coloring. You can only choose from a select group of colors. They closed the good supercuts in the area, but this one is not up to the old ones standards.
