It was terrible. Made the reservation over the phone and got appt for 90 minute massage for 4:15pm for my sister n myself. We were never told to come in early to fill out paperwork. Got there on time where the reception was on the phone with a customer who made appt online and they had no record so we had to wait to be taken. We then asked the reception if we could add on a 30 minute reflexology and there wasnt time but we switched to a 60 minute massage and 30 minute massage so more time was wasted. Then was handed a glass of water that wasnt cold and given paperwork to fill out. The paperwork took about 2-3 minutes to fill out. Gave to the reception and waited for the girls to come out to take us. For whatever reason they thought my sister n me were going to be in the same room. Now the girls had to go back and get rooms fixed for us. Now its 4:30pm. The girl Beck spoke to me for a few minutes and then I had to undress. Beck comes back in and started working on me with a soft touch. In the middle of the massage she worked on my feet I thought this was part of my massage. But in my mind I counted just in case and I might of gotten 3 minutes on each foot. Then she continue on to the massage again. When I turned over I told her I needed a towel for my neck and she put the thing that you lean your face on for my back. When she told me it was over I was quiet surprise. She left her phone in the room and I checked the time it was 4:37. That wasnt even hour n half from my original starting time. When I came out I asked her and I was told they start by my appointment time and I was suppose to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I have had plenty of massages and I cannot see myself ever going back her.

A disappointing, frustrating experience. I went to White Rose with a gift certificate I had recieved and needed a hair cut. I explained what I was looking for and the stylist cut me off in the middle of my explanation and told me that she understood what I was looking for. It became clear about half-way through the cut that she did not at all understand, and hadnt been listening to me at all. My interaction with her during the service was very uncomfortable, as she was critical, clearly annoyed/frustrated/in a bad mood. I commented on what was going on with the cut and she assured me it was what I wanted/we had discussed and when I objected, it was like being scolded. Also she kept encouraging me to allow them to perform other services (e.g. waxing, facials) and did so by criticizing my appearance in a condescending manner. The facility was unimpressive, tawdry, and the staff were disruptive, distracting, and clearly not interested in the customer. Also, it was overpriced. I still have part of the gift certificate to use, and I am dreading it.

After reading the not so great reviews I was a bit leary. However, I went in with a totally open mind. I was pleasantly SURPRISED!! Joy is a fantastic esthetician and I was very happy with her work. Even tho she knew I was visiting family and the liklihood of me being back anytime soon was remote, she was wonderful. She gave me some great tips on product (acid vs alk, vs cream based vs foaming) based on my skin type and the climate I live in. She knows her stuff! Elena was my massage therapist and beat the crap out of me! :D I needed those kinks in my back and neck worked out and she was up for the task. Wow! She was good! Overall I am very happy to refer the place to others and will happily purchase yet another yearly gift certificate for my mother to return for whatever she would like. :D BRAVO LADIES!

Extremely RUDE on the phone. I attempted to schedule an appointment, which didnt work with the times they were open. When I attempted to call and sort this out, the woman kept say "what can we do for you?" instead of attempting to inform me of dates/times they were available, like a professional would do. I have been to several spas in Binghamton, which are equally if not better than this one and the professional service is much better for the price you pay. NEVER going back. Obviously they feel they have enough clients to act inconsiderate to previously established clients without worrying about the consequences.

Id give 0 stars if this site let me. Literally, I received the worst hair cut of my entire life here. Also, rather than going red like I requested, the child who cut my hair made it a muddy reddish brown. The bangs were uneven and WAY too short. This was a hellish experience-a five year old with scissors could have done a better job than this inept idiot! Oh and when the girl rudely asked how old I was, I responded and she said I looked much older than that. I mean seriously. Worst experience.

Booked online and received confirmation, drove 40 miles round-trip and there was no one there to do the facial. "We just work here," is no way to handle problems like this. Employees should always be given tools for fixing problems fast, perhaps "Come in tomorrow and well give you a major discount." "Well have a manager call you" was better, but the manager never called either. Was really excited about the facial despite the $100 price. Now, not so much. Other users: where are the other local spas??

The White Rose is overpriced. I received frankly the worst hair cut I have ever gotten and it cost me much more than it should have. On top of that, the receptionist never told me that they do not accept tips on credit cards and I was forced to return later in the day just to tip my stylist. The service was poor and I would not recommend it for haircuts.

I had a wonderful time with my manicure specialist, Alexis. Cant say the same for my friend that accompanied me. Her nails were sloppily painted and smudged. She left with polish all over her hands. For the price, I would expect impeccable service. My poor friend looks like her nails were painted by a 6 year old.

85$ for a pedi mani. They tried to move the appt up bc they didnt want to wait. Very dirty facility and rude staff. Didnt nail polish applied very sloppy. Offere discount for poor job but still charged full price. Didnt even clean eccess polish from under nails. Horrible experience overall.

I have had excellent experiences here. I have used their hair, nail, waxing, and massage services over the years. Once, the masseuse didnt show up, and not only did the immediately reschedule me, they comped it. Their employees are friendly and the ambiance is relaxing.
