I have been going to this salon for three years and I have had a different stylist every time, except the last two times. :) and I honestly will say that I love the staff. They know what they are doing, are professional, friendly. I am the type of person that is very wary of who touches my hair and from not being from Virginia and moving here, they have made my hair styling experience wonderful. I highly recommend Regis Salon at Pembroke Mall.

Stay away, if you like bad hair cuts go for it. Worst haircut Ive ever had. Id like to take nair and remove the rest of the haircut. One set of scissors and their dull and cheap like a bowl cut. Im the idiot for going here. 0 stars the worst

Horrible. please understand that this is not a hair salon that can specialize in african american hair. the WORST experience ever. I walked out looking worse than i did when i went in.
