This review is based on only one visit, I am not sure whether its representative or not. In my visit, I showed the lady my previous picture to let her know what hair style I wanted. Then she asked me where and how much I wanted my hair to be cut. I am not a hair stylist, how can I know what procedure I need to get to the final result? She didnt provide any styling suggestions suitable for myself. She seemed to be very obsessed with her own hair, and I agreed that its pretty on her, but shes short, and I am tall, I dont think that her kind of short hair is good on me. Yet she didnt suggest any other hair styles. The final cut is not pretty, and I had to ask her to touch it again and again, and shes not patient about it. I checked the final haircut by mirror to find out that the layering is not smooth. I felt as if shes avoiding her responsibility by asking me how I wanted the hair to be cut, then I shouldnt blame her for anything. I also felt cheated because she couldnt provide what I want and shes impatient after all that. I will never go there again.

My mother went in to get her hair cut in an inverted bob earlier today and she says its the worst hair cut shes ever had. The women butchered her hair in the back with choppy layers and thinned my mothers already thin hair. When she went to the salon she had gotten a less expirenced person who said she wasnt capable of doing the bob my mother wanted, then my mother was in the hands of a "more expirenced" person who ended up leveling out the back and sloping the sides and as anyone whos seen an inverted bob it is supposed to cascade down starting from the back going from the front. I would never go here, ever. Worst place in Syracuse. While its on the cheaper side, Id advise you to spend the extra 3 dollars and go elsewhere. I think my mother shouldnt have paid for it but she gave the woman $20 and proceeded on her way. She hates it, majority of these ratings are 1 stars for a reason.

I took a gamble on a $16 hair cut and LOST BIG TIME. Sorry to disrespect Dr. Fierke, but AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! A woman named Larry, who claimed to have worked there for 12 years, absolutely butchered my hair. She chopped awkward layers into the middle of my head that look like they cover a horizontal tumor, and hacked away uneven chunks that can only be explained as if they were styled by a drunk pirate with a hook for a hand. Please for the love of god, save yourself the hours of tearful phone calls to amused friends and relatives, the hundreds of dollars spent on hats to hide your shame, and visit a real salon instead

Weve been getting haircuts at this MC for several years (the price is right), but yesterdays experience was worth writing about. I went in with my 16 YO and 5 YO and we all three got haircuts. Everyone there was incredibly polite and nice. Nelya cut my hair and the 16 YO and we both LOVED our cuts. Stephanie gave the 5 YO the most beautiful pixie cut. We had a fantastic experience.

The stylist said they all know how to do a faux hawk. My son walked out of there looking like a child did his hair. If I wanted to look like it does I would have done it my self! He also had to start his first day in his new school with this awful haircut! Dont go here!

Worst haircut I have ever had!! I would never go back to this place again. The cut I received was not even close to what I asked for and I wanted to go buy a hat to wear because it was that bad.

Do not get your hair cut here, my stylist cut it too short and its absolutely hideous. I recommend Sport Clips.
