I sometimes dont have the opportunity to make an appointment for a simple haircut and know going in that a wait would be in order. Upon my arrival today, I was informed the wait would be 35 minutes. This was fine for me and I returned 15 minutes later to wait inside. An hour and 20 minutes later I went to the desk and was told I would be seen. If i would have been told this earlier, I would have come back that much later and run errands. During this time, there were multiple customers who had the same issue with no record of appointments in their log book. I have been a customer here since I moved to the area and will no longer be. There is absolutely no communication between employees and obviously no communication with customers. There is obvious friction between some of the workers that is unprofessional as well as poor leadership and supervision. There are far too many other options in the area for me to get a simple haircut that would not waste the time of their customers.

Usually friendly staff who are generally experienced. I have been getting my hair cut there for ten years off and on and I have always been satisfied with my cut. Sometimes they seem a little understaffed for the business of the time of day, so thats why I knocked off a star. Great place though.

I enjoy getting my hair cut and styled there. Very nice staff and fairly quick turn over. The ladies treat you with respect and do not rush you once you are in the chair. They love have conversations with you and do not gossip with each other. Very nice environment.

After making an appointment a week out. We got there only to find that the hair dresser that set up the appointment never showed up. Told us she wasnt supposed to be there till 1 but could get there by 1230. Took our business else where.

Today I got my hair layered and an Ombre dye... i love it and shout out to the hair dresser Laura who did my hair she is amazing highly recommend her :)
