I am a hair dresser myself and I have a very noticeable arm injury so I came in for just a wash and blow out. The back of my neck was never washed, the stylist pulled so hard when she was blow drying my hair my whole head and body moved. I all most asked her to stop. I was very suprized with my injury she pulled so hard.I have thin hair so the amount of product she use was way to much and I left with my hair more greasy then when I came in. I also feel like I was way over charged for the level of service I received. I went to another salon to get my hair rewashed and dried.

Awful service, unfriendly staff, over priced.... I had to explain it to the lady 5 times what I wanted to get done but still she butchered my hair... she didnt even bother blow drying it properly no not style it just plain blow dry nor she showed me my hair from the back never once asked how does it look...i think I did a better job after coming back from there n fixing it myself

Ive been getting my hair cut here for 2 years. The girls are always nice and do a good job. Its always the same group of stylists and I think that says a lot of the establishment. For the conveyance and the money, Best chain salon Ive been to and better then same fancy over priced places Ive been to. -Jason
