tldr: The staff have no idea of the policies and they wont fix it if they screw it up. Ive been there many times before and they were ok. The mall doesnt have too many good options though. This last time I went I had someone Ive never had before. Quick male haircut, cost about $26. Im not a picky person with my hair, but she cut the back all one length and it was pretty long, which I didnt notice at the time. Like 5 days later it kinda seemed like I had a mullet going on. I called and asked it they could just fix up the back quickly and that I didnt really like the way they cut it. The lady said no problem, but when I drove in after work they said it had to be the same lady that cut my hair before. I said that I was told to come. They responded, "Yes that sounds like something she would say, but no, wed have to charge you for a full haircut if its not the same person." I was angry, but I left and came back when the person who cut my hair before was working. She then said that its been a week and normal people get a new haircut every week and a half. I tried to explain to her I wasnt trying to screw her out of another haircut, I just want like clippers on the back so I dont look like I have a mullet. My full haircut only took 15 minutes and cost almost $30; this will take like 1 minute to do. After arguing she finally said "ok, just sit down, ill get clippers." She then proceeded with a terrible 10 second buzz and screwed up the back of my hair pretty bad. I will not be going back.

I have been getting my hair done same thing blonde highlights for over 15 years. Through the years I have gone to many different salons and have experienced many different stylists. I have paid a lot and I have paid a little. I had my hair done at Regis and they did a good job as always but when I went to pay they decided to add two extra charges. One for the toner and one for my hair being MEDIUM length. In the 15 years or so I have been getting this done to my hair I have not ever been charged for these two things. First off every hair dresser knows it is just a given your putting toner on hair after bleach has been put on. Its always been something that goes hand in hand. I have never not once ever gone without toner after and never have I ever been charged. Also medium length give me a frigen break. My hair falls above or at my shoulders. Its so unfortunate because I will not be going back. With the $30 tip my total was about $150 no cut just full highlights, toner and my medium length hair.

My hairdresser spent the whole cut making fun of a weekly customer with disabilities while the other workers laughed and called her things like, "useless", "cripple", "not worth their time" and "a waste of space". I was outraged and kept asking them to stop, which they just whispered about it instead. Then, after I had asked to not have my hair washed, she did it anyways, then charged me for it and a number of other things that she said I "needed" like expensive gels and creams. Whenever I told her not to put more product in my hair or do things to raise my price, she would say things like, "well its in there so its too late". I will never go to this place again and spent the rest of the day looking in the mall for the woman they were making fun of, to tell her.

My hair color did not turn out the way I wanted it. My stylist charged me for a hair color twice even though it is his fault that my hair was dark blonde from the bottom and extremely light blonde from the roots and i did not ask for ombre :|. Overall, do not come here for coloring. I am not even 1% pleased with the results or charging me for the colorist fault. I wish I didnt go there for my first time coloring my hair. MORE THAN DISATISIFIED.

While the stylists were very talkative, I did not have a good experience at Regis Salon. I asked for a simple dark brown dye with a slight red tone. Instead, I got dark black bangs and bright red hair. It ended up looking as if someone had simply painted half of my hair black and the other half red. I had a very negative experience at this salon and I would not recommend that others try it.

Awesome! I took my girlfriend here the other day to have her roots touched up. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a business meeting that night, so figured may as well have my hair done also. They treated us with respect and did a great job on both of our services. Thumbs up! (Reasonable prices too)

The stylists at Regis always take their time to make my experience as best as possible. I recently went from being very blonde to very brunette and it was a long process. My stylist took her time and made sure every detail was perfect. I will definitely be coming back for every coloring service in the future.

My wife and I go to Candy. Shes funny and does great work. I had another guy once and he was good too. If youre not happy with the results say something instead of complain on here. I walked in looking like a grease ball and came out like this.

Honestly if I could give no star I would. I am so disappointed with how my hair turned out. My stylist did not care about what I wanted and I ended up having orange hair instead of a brown hair! I cannot be anymore disappointed with this salon.

I went there for partial highlights of Mocha color and they messed up my hair. It does not look like highlights at all, more like an overall color which look awful as I have black hair.I will never return to this salon again.

Lorna did an excellent job. Normally Im worried about ppl cutting my hair but she proved to be very skilled. She has been cutting hair for 15 years now.
