Belle Amour

After seeing so many great reviews I wanted to visit this establishment but I am not impressed for many reasons. The first time I went was an okay experience. My nail tech was easily offended; when I told him he put 3 nail tips on crooked, he got angry and blamed it on my fingers not being straight and asked another tech to finish my nails but I wanted to give this business another try. On my second visit I got a pedicure and after the tech used nail clipper set and foot scrub on me, he gave the items to the tech sitting next to him to use on the customer sitting next to me WITHOUT sterilizing. I got the quickest refill ever and was left with acrylic all over my hands. It was a rush job and my gel refill barely lasted a week. I wanted to like this place especially after seeing so many great reviews but personally I would NOT recommend anyone to go here. The search for the perfect nail salon continues.

Ive been going to this salon since they opened and at first I was very happy. after establishing the business the owner (Terry) has become very rude and nasty. The price would change from one week to the next which one of the workers told me the owner will sometimes do that when business is slow. The owner didnt like the fact that I called her out on her crap so she started treating me different and no where near as nice as when I first started going. The staff use to be very diverse but now there are only Asians working there. The one lady who use to work there left because of the very things Ive mentioned above. I will not be going back to patronize them EVER!
